I'm Valy Deeiel, owner and lead designer of Divine Designs by Val. With five years of professional floral experience, I pour care and creativity into every arrangement, whether it's a wedding bouquet or a simple everyday bouquet. I love listening to each client's vision and translating it into tailored, elegant designs that feel personal and timeless.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas: We proudly deliver to Wheeling, Skokie, Glenview, Winnetka, Wilmett, Niles, Morton Grove and surrounding neighborhoods. If you are unsure whether your recipient's address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Same-Day Delivery: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 PM local time. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered on the next business day.
Specific Times: While we do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times—especially during peak floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will either leave the arrangement in a safe, covered location (weather permitting), leave a notification card/contact the recipient to schedule a re-delivery, or leave the item with a neighbor or front desk. Please ensure the recipient's phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address is provided and a re-delivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (773) 787-9094, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (773) 787-9094 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
