At DH Floral Atelier, we believe flowers are more than petals in a vase; they're stories, moods, and works of art. Inspired by a city rich in history that's on the verge of a new renaissance. Each bouquet is thoughtfully designed for each one of our guests to feel fresh, stylish, and full of heart in their own space.
Neil Rushnock grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, spending his free time with his grandmother Dorothy, who introduced him to crafting, home projects, and the expressive world of florals. Exploring colors, textures, and seasonal décor with her sparked a lifelong love of beauty and design. After graduating college, Neil moved to New York City, where he honed his creative eye in Chelsea, designing and installing window displays for some of the country’s most notable brands. Neil and his family moved to the Cincinnati area in the fall of 2022 to be closer to his siblings who reside in the West Chester area. Since then he has spent the past few years freelancing for other floral shops in the area. In January 2026, he founded DH Floral Atelier, named for his grandmothers Dorothy Jean and Helen—women whose creativity, hospitality, and sense of style shaped his artistic sensibilities. DH Floral Atelier is more than the flower shop around the corner — it’s a place where life’s most special moments are created and celebrated. From new relationships to growing families, and even heartfelt farewells, we’re here to help make every milestone beautifully memorable. Neil believes in finding beauty everywhere, in everything and finding something to celebrate everyday.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
