Dora Rueda, known as “De,” is the owner and lead designer of De’s Flowers, where she creates thoughtfully crafted floral arrangements inspired by love, connection, and life’s most meaningful moments. Her floral journey began at just three years old, when her mother, Magda, opened a flower shop in Piedras Negras. Surrounded by blooms from an early age, Dora developed a lifelong passion for floral artistry that continues to grow and evolve. Dora and her two sisters each proudly own and operate flower shops of their own, including Florería El Jardín in Piedras Negras and Lili’s Flower Shop in Eagle Pass. carrying forward a shared legacy of creativity, dedication, and craftsmanship across generations and communities. With decades of dedication to her craft, Dora brings experience, heart, and creativity into every arrangement she designs. Her two daughters, Jaquelin and Consuelo, proudly support and help grow the family business, carrying forward a tradition rooted in love, hard work, and artistry. With a deep appreciation for quality blooms and personalized service, De ensures each floral piece feels meaningful, elegant, and beautifully unique, crafted with care for every special moment it represents.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
