Flowers looked very similar to the “Sunny Sentiments” arrangement I picked online. Initially the order seemed to be lost in the hospital (where I had it delivered). It was delivered on time, but the hospital seems to have misplaced them. De La Flor took full responsibility, and I give them a round of applause for their commitment to customer service. They offered to redeliver and my friend received her flowers the next day. She sent me a photo and I could see that they were fresh & what I ordered. I would definitely choose this florist again bc of the freshness of their arrangements and their commitment to customer service.

I selected a grade higher for a better than pictured arrangement for my mothers 81 birthday. I wasn't disappointed. Once again they surprised us with baby's breath and unique white bell flowers to compliment this already beautiful arrangement. This florist has a gift. Dont let her talent go to waste! I recently purchased this arrangement for my uncle's funeral. Being out of state, I hesitate to order from local shops that I have never used. I am so glad I took a chance on De la Flor. I was referred to De La Flor by a friend, De La Flor has been her florist for years. I called and spoke to Deborah, designer and owner, and explained what I wanted and she delivered it to a T. The second time I called she hit it out of the park. De La Flor is now my "local" Broward Florist. Five+ Stars.

De La Flor Florist’s website was really easy to navigate and order through and the Delightful Dish Garden planter was delivered the next day. My friend loved the arrangement and the picture of it that she sent me confirmed that it looked very similar to the example shown on the website, which was pleasing to see. Nice to have an option to send something that will last longer than a cut flower bouquet. Thank you to the florist and delivery driver at De La Flor for doing a great job and giving such reliable service. I upgraded the standard french country bouquet to deluxe and it did not meet my expectations. I wish I could post the end result. It did not look modern like in the photo. It looked very basic with one hydrangea- not two like shown. The vase was very ugly with a tacky drooping bow.

The flower arrangement that was sent to my aunt was completely different to what I expected. She received one dozen of yellow roses with some greenery. Although I am aware that arrangements can not be exactly as we see on line, this was some of a dissappointment to me. At least roses are my aunt's favorite flower. That was a relief. I ended paying $75 for a dozen of roses plus other charges, the total amount was $100. Thought I would get something with more art to the arrangement. Arlene

Once again De La Flor came through with a beautiful and imaginative floral design for my niece’s 15th birthday bouquet. I’m a professional floral designer and so on the passing of my husband Errol, being unable to do the floral arrangements for his home going Service I chose you.
Upon arriving at 4 pm on 11/30/2021 at the funeral home for the viewing the first thing I noticed was that the hydrangeas were wilted. Not one but most. My daughter actually asked if the funeral home would be refreshing them and I told her they wouldn’t.
It was disappointing the following day to sit looking at the during the service.

Ordered a double dozen on-line, and the next day I realized i miss-spelled a word on the card. I called De La Flor and Debbie had already picked up on the miss-spelled word.
The two dozen roses were delivered the next morning on time as promised and the delivery driver even assisted my Mrs. as her hands were full as she arrived from the market at the time of the delivery.

I got these flowers for my mom who has been going to numerous doctors appointments. It looks like she'll be fine but those things are never fun and it's difficult to support someone from far away. Originally I ordered flowers from another company a week in advance and the flowers never arrived so then I contacted De La Flora and they exceeded my expectations. Amazing Service! I ordered while I was out of the country and I was a little worried that the delivery would not go smoothly as I did not know if anyone would be home. I sent an email to inquire on the deliver status and I received a quick response with an update that the driver was on the way and would be there with in the hour. They were not as beautiful, l as the picture. The vase was shorter, I paid for Deluxe thinking it would be larger . It did not have the delicate blue stems. Etc etc. Rogelio

I would definitely recommed De La Flor Florist to everyone and I will defomotely be using them again. I recently sent flowers to a friend and De La Flor made sure they got delivered even though they were un-deliverable the first try. The last order was going to be my last but I tried again. I was very happy that De La Flor noticed my mistake on the delivery date but the flowers that I selected had very little resemblance to what my mom received. This picture shows at least 6 or more roses and she received three. The purple flowers again show quite a few but the arrangement had maybe three. The arrangement had two added orchid flowers which I had paid for the added flowers but I guess to replace for the missing roses they added two large Hydrangea’s on each side which over took the arrangement and in the end was not a good replacement flower. I have a picture if this helps you follow up with your florist. I am sorry but this will most likely be my last order.

Living in another state it's hard to find a florist you can trust will deliver what they promise to deliver. All I can say is, what a beautiful arrangement. True to photo delivery.
