I'm the owner of Country Charm Floral here in Williamsport, and flowers have always been my favorite way to celebrate life's small and big moments. I love creating simple, seasonal arrangements-wildflower bouquets, cozy centerpieces, and sweet boutonnieres-that feel like they belong on a front porch or a kitchen table.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Same day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm. deliveries are made from 1:30 pm thru 7pm. Delivery during holidays will be generally the same unless weather is bad
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
