You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (315) 446-0862, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

Called in the order from out of town. We decided on the arrangement and I placed my order. I was called back to be informed that the main flower that I requested had sold out. The woman made a suggestion for another flower of the same color. I did not see the arrangement but it was enjoyed by my sister.

Had an absolutely terrible encounter with an employee… Not sure if counter worker, manager or even owner. A few pedals on the wrist corsage were wilted and browning underneath. She told me they were not so I walked over to the window where the light was shining to show her and she snatched the box with the flowers out of my hand. I immediately told her do not treat me that way. She then gave me a dirty look and walked towards the counter and laid the box on the counter. She then took the corsage out and started plucking the brownish leaves off. I told her to stop doing it before she ruins it and I would just take it as is. Told her I was disappointed I was paying so much money for something that was starting to wilt. I told her her business would be affected if that’s how she treats other people. She was completely unprofessional and yelling back at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very disappointed since I’ve gotten flowers at coleman‘s for years. All she had to do was apologize that there was some wilting and asked if she could take a couple of leaves off or somehow make it better. But instead, she was completely defensive. She took it upon herself to just start taking pedals off in her fit of anger. I was at a party Saturday night and talking about my terrible experience. Interestingly, two other women told me they have had similar encounters there with the same person that I described. Do better!

Exactly what I had planned for our grad bouquet beautiful vibrant colors. None of the flowers were wilted and I actually picked my bouquet up the day before graduation and they were so lively and colorful the next day. If you have to get a bouquet for an event such as graduation or another special day event I definitely recommend this location.

This is definitely not the product that was received. Mostly carnations and a couple small roses and some daisy type things and that’s it. No lilies, sparse fill. I could have done a better job with flowers from the grocery store. But they got their on time so I guess people know I care about them when someone dies. Just… not that much.

This piece was lovely and as described. We ordered three total pieces for a family service. Two of the three were perfect and all were very fresh. The "Always Loved" Standing Spray was a bit disappointing in that it did not match the measurements given on the website and was quite a bit smaller than expected. The measures given were 48" high x 30" wide and it fell quite a bit short of that.

Delivery service was great as always. However, as a customer that has a recurring history of purchasing flowers from Coleman's every few months. I was not impressed with the Designers choice arrangement. There were not a lot of flowers and it was not a variety. I've ordered Designers Choice several time before and have notice that there seem to be less and less flowers included. I may have to look for another floweriest, as I feel I am not getting my monies worth lately.

When you order, there is a section to leave notes to the florist about the arrangement. I told them the 2 designs of theirs I liked the most, and that my friend loves roses.

I ordered the above Moss Cross. The florist called me back and told me that because of the lack of water source it wasn’t a good idea to send it the day before the mass when I needed it. I looked online in the Fayetteville area to send flowers to a family funeral, and the silks offered by Coleman Florist caught my eye as a long-lasting remembrance to be enjoyed by a family member. When I called, staff was polite and answered my questions well. As we watched the funeral live online from Minnesota, we could see the wreath on its easel. It appeared to be the same size and look that I ordered, although we could not see it in detail. This was also a very good value for the wreath.

Times have changed at the flower shop! I told the person who took my call that I wanted a small plant or arrangement as a gift to be delivered for Valentine's Day. I tentatively suggested my price point of $50. She asked if that was the amount I wanted to spend or that plus taxes and fees. She said I could get a nice Valentine's arrangement for $50, so I agreed that sounded good and to go ahead and add the extra costs to that. My mistake! Her idea and mine of nice gift arrangement were very different! I should have asked about the type of flowers, vase, and decoration. What was sent was a very plain grocery store arrangement of daisies and carnations in a mason jar with no decoration at all, not even a simple red ribbon! (I asked to see a photo of what my family member received.) I've ordered several times from Coleman's and they have always suggested and made even a less expensive arrangement cute in some way. I called back to calmly share my disappointment and try to discuss ways I might have known better what to order. I suggested I owned some responsiblility because I didn't specifically ask what I could get for $50. I added that they might have helped me know what I would get for $50 (and guide me to another, more attractive even though higher priced, choice). Guess I should have asked for the manager or owner. The response from the person who took my call (to whom I explained that I was not holding her responsible for my disappointment) was a repeated defensive statement about how I got a "value arrangement". Be forewarned and do not expect well trained or intuitive assistance if you want to call to order. If you are local, go in and look! Prices have gone up and service has gone down. (I know, it's an almost universal problem.) Better yet, save your money and go to Wegmans and pick out your own flowers and vase! I live across the country and did not have that option, but will try another shop for assistance in selecting a flower or plant gift in future.

UPDATE: Flowers were delivered Valentine's day morning. When they were delivered, the delivery person noticed that the packaging was wet but did not further examine why. The vase the Flowers were in was broke and obviously the water was leaking out. I contacted Coleman's and they apologized and said they would replace the vase in the next couple days. Coleman's not only replaced the vase but the flowers also! Much appreciated and great customer service! You will continue to be my go to florist!

Purchasing via the computer was great. The only critic I have is that I wish I had a photo of actual wreaths.I am long distance And had them delivered to grave sites. In this case, maybe others also, a quick picture of the delivery would have been phenomenal. I know some other companies do it. This is the first time I have used Coleman's Florist. I don't usually write reviews but I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement that I ordered, I thought I'd give my feedback. The recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement and I thought it was lacking in that it appeared to have more "filler/greens" in it rather than flowers. I would have expected more flowers as this has been my experience with other florists I have used in the past. I chose Coleman's because it was located in the vicinity of where the flowers were being delivered, versus using Teleflora or something like that. Unfortunately, it was the first time using Coleman's Florist and it will be the last time I use Coleman's Florist.

The flowers themselves were pretty, but the arrangement looks sloppy. The flowers are not in a tight, full bouquet. There are large gaps of space between many of the blooms, and a few of the posies are wilted 24 hours after delivery. Unfortunate because I’d heard very good things about this florist.

Even though I pass by Coleman Florist shop often as I drive around town, this is the first time I ordered a flower arrangement from them. The lady who answered my call was very very friendly. I called 3 days before I wanted delivery. I ordered 3 stems of stargazer lilies (big white and purple blooms, very scented) and roses from Patty. I was told $100. Then I got the email confirmation, which was $118. I called Patty back and she apologized and refunded the mistaken $18 overcharge. I repeated my order. 3 days later the delivery was on time, but they sent asiatic lilies, which are solid pink and have no scent. This was not what I ordered, and not what I was sold. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately I can only give feedback on the fact that ordering was easy and I was given notice of delivery. As to how the arrangement looked, I have no way to know. It was delivered to a nursing home resident whom I cannot visit and who is unable to use a phone! Nevertheless I appreciate that the service is available.

Very poor customer service. I emailed Coleman Florist and said I was interested in making 4 flower deliveries. One of which being my grandmother to a nursing home that I saw they do free delivery to nursing homes that was posted outside the shop. Others being in Syracuse and in Cazenovia. She replied with no greeting just stating that they can't make deliveries to Cazenovia and to bypass the Syracuse address they will make exception for. Still never answered my question about the nursing home delivery. However on their website it states they deliver to Syracuse and Cazenovia.
