Hi, I'm Natasha, the Head Designer and Owner of City Blooms Flower shop. At City Blooms, we specialize in everyday arrangements, funerals, weddings, and events. I'm passionate about bringing beauty to both small moments and milestone celebrations. I create floral designs that feel personal, thoughtful, and timeless. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

City Blooms Delivery Policy
At City Blooms, we take great care in preparing and delivering every floral arrangement. Our goal is to make sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Delivery Areas
We offer local flower delivery throughout Oviedo and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout or provided when your order is placed.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to availability. During holidays and high-volume periods, same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable.
For the best selection and delivery availability, we recommend placing your order in advance.
Delivery Times
We offer delivery within a general delivery window rather than guaranteeing an exact delivery time. While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
If you need flowers delivered for a specific event or time, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss availability.
Recipient Availability
Please provide an accurate delivery address and the recipient’s phone number whenever possible. If the recipient is not available, our driver may:
● Leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate.
● Leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbor or building reception.
● Contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery.
● Return the flowers to the shop if a safe delivery cannot be completed.
Apartments, Businesses & Gated Communities
For apartment complexes, offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, and gated communities, please provide any necessary building, suite, unit, gate, or access information.
We cannot guarantee delivery to a specific person or location within a large facility if the facility’s policies restrict access.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
City Blooms is not responsible for delivery delays or additional delivery fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
We will always make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries as scheduled. However, severe weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
The safety of our customers, employees, and delivery drivers is our priority.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
