They were NOT STUNNING.
I don’t know if you have a new designer, but the combination of flowers was not up to you usual standard of color, shape, placement and selection.
I have both received your flowers as well as sending them many times. You can probably check your records. However, the uniqueness of your arrangements seems to have disappeared.

I called Charm's Floral of Ashville to purchase a bouquet for my daughter-in-law to be. I live in Ohio. Great arrangement, though for over $100 it better be pretty darn good! The thing that did really annoy me was the delivery didn't happen until 7 PM, at which time my friend had already left to work the night shift. She saw it the following morning, but since it was supposed to be a mother's day gift, it would of been nice if she had received it that day! 7 PM is too late for a flower delivery!

The recipient (my elderly step mother) was totally delighted with the flowers. They really exceeded my expectations and she could not stop describing their beauty. She had one concern--the name of the florist was not listed anywhere on the delivery, just mine on the card. She really wanted to know where they came from so she could tell all her friends. In the future you might consider putting a card from your shop in with the delivery! Of course her eyesight is not good so perhaps it was there and she just missed it.
