Chamuel Flowers

At 22, after spending years working in restaurant environments, I felt ready to explore something more creative and personal. A romantic relationship at the time inspired me to tap into a more feminine, artistic side of myself, and that’s when I discovered my love for floral design. I started small—creating arrangements by hand and selling them on the street, one bouquet at a time. Those early days taught me resilience, connection, and the beauty of bringing joy to others through flowers. What began as a simple idea has steadily grown into a business I’m incredibly proud of. Each arrangement I create is made with care, intention, and a deep appreciation for life’s meaningful moments—whether it’s love, celebration, sympathy, or just because. Throughout this journey, my golden retriever, Chamuel, has been right by my side. I’ve had him for three years, and this October he’ll be turning four. He’s part of the heart and soul behind the shop, reminding me every day to lead with warmth and authenticity. Today, I continue to expand my business while staying true to where it all started: passion, connection, and creativity.

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

We are proud to offer reliable local flower delivery to ensure your arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume during holidays. While we do our best to accommodate specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe and secure location when possible. We may also leave the order with a neighbor, front desk, or reception area. The customer assumes responsibility once the delivery has been completed.

Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery if no safe location is available or if access to the delivery location is restricted.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (754) 277-0260, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (754) 277-0260 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
