About the Owner – Charlene Park, AIFD, CFD Charlene Park, AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) and CFD (Certified Floral Designer), began her floral design career in 2003. She is recognized as one of the top ten floral designers in California by the California State Floral Association. In 2011, Charlene co-authored a floral design book with world-renowned wedding bouquet designer René Van Rems, AIFD. Over the years, she has combined her artistic background and passion for nature to create designs that reflect beauty, emotion, and individuality. Through Charlene’s Events and Cerritos Hills Florist, she continues to bring elegance and creativity to every design — from luxury weddings and corporate events to heartfelt everyday bouquets. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your arrangement didn’t look as full as you expected. The total amount of $134 included delivery, tax, and tip, while the actual Deluxe arrangement itself was $95.
For the Deluxe upgrade, I added extra flowers, including roses, placed behind the dog design to create a fuller, three-dimensional look. The photo on our website (and most flower stores) shows all flowers brought forward for photography, but in person each arrangement is designed to look balanced and natural from every angle.
Each piece is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms, so a bit of variation is part of its unique charm. I truly appreciate your feedback and would be happy to review your order personally to make sure you’re completely satisfied. |My main disappointment stems from the premium upgrade. The website stated the standard arrangement would resemble the displayed picture, while the premium would be "enhanced and highest quality." I even skipped the deluxe option, assuming premium would offer a noticeable improvement. However, upon seeing the arrangement, I was underwhelmed. To be honest, I found the standard picture more attractive than the premium bouquet I received. It felt like I didn't get the value I paid for, and the enhancement wasn't evident.
The "wooden picks" add-on was also misleading. The description said "pics" (plural), leading me to expect more than one. I only received a single wooden pick, which was a small but frustrating detail.
Overall, this experience helps me determine that this florist won't be my regular choice. I'll continue my search for a florist that consistently delivers on their promises and provides clear, accurate descriptions for their products and upgrades.

I most likely will not use you again nor will I recommend you and I would be probably looking to get my money back from you.
I feel this was very deceiving of a site and although I understand you use different plants the size of the vase and the height overall or drastically different.

|I wasn't very pleased with the apparent freshness of some of the flowers in the arrangement, although there were some very lovely ones in there.
When I called Charlene, she was was very understanding and apologetic about the delivery day mix-up, and offered to deliver a second arrangement on my mother's birthday. I really appreciated the gesture, and I know my mom did too.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
