Although my bride bouquet was beautiful, it didn't really look like the inspiration picture I gave Campus Floral. This was confusing because the florist I spoke with was confident that they could match the inspiration picture. Again, the bouquet was beautiful, it just wasn't really what I asked for. I wish Campus Floral would have let me know beforehand that they would have had to adjust my vision.

However, it was a great price and the delivery was seamless. Besides the inspiration picture mix up it was a great experience.

We bought the classic boutonniere for my daughter's date at her first prom. We specified the color of royal blue her dress, her silver accessories and her white cardigan. The BYU Campus Floral team created an absolutely beautiful arrangement with blue ribbon, white flowers and a leaf painted silver. It was gorgeous, and my daughter was thrilled.
The boutonniere was ready for pickup the day after we purchased it. Quick service!

I placed an order online, and the bouquet was delivered within 3 1/2 hours. It was beautiful, and the recipient loved it. I am completely satisfied.

I have used Campus Floral many times and was amazed at the quality, creativity, and price, so I expected the same great service in choosing an arrangement for my cousin's funeral. My brothers and I were even willing to pay the extra charge for delivery to South Jordan. The cashier suggested a basket with white lilies and red roses for our budget. This sounded perfect. When I attended the funeral today, though, there were no red roses, and the brown edged lillies looked at least a week old. Very disappointed.

The arrangement was beautiful. This is exactly what I wanted, and the customer service was excellent too. It was a fast transaction, yet it was a good experience.

Beautiful but in the end it cost $50 to have it made and delivered which is expensive for the size.

I was afraid it would be a small bouquet that didn't reflect the photo provided, as is the case with most florists. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a whole bouquet. I left off one star because the picture showed three different bags of chocolate, but it only came with one. It was delivered on time as requested, and I was very happy with it overall.

Outstanding, I was looking for a floral place? Being from California I didn’t know where to look, found BYU floral and so glad I did. I would recommend this company any time.

It was great, it would be nice to get a message though if the color of the rose does change. It says on the website that if red isn’t available another color will be chosen, but it would be nice to get an email during the arranging process about whether that will happen or not so there aren’t any surprises.

Well, if I'm being honest, I'm quite disappointed this go around. I've purchased quite a few items from Campus Floral before. Had some of my gift given to other people instead of who it was intended for and had a few bouquets that I wish I had gotten elsewhere. This is one of those times that I wished I'd gone elsewhere. I ordered a week before Valentine Day hoping for a pleasant experience and a beautiful bouquet. The flowers were delivered, and my wife didn't send me her normal reply. When I got home yesterday, I asked if she had received them. She said yes but some of the flowers were almost dead and that she was disappointed. She called me this morning to report that the whole bouquet minus a couple flowers is wilted and looks terrible. She just got them yesterday; they didn't even last a whole day!
I gave a generous tip, paid over $100 for the bouquet and didn't even last 1 day!
I guess this means I'll be going elsewhere for my next order.
Don't know what you're doing, but this was not a pleasant experience and at this price point. I'll go get my flowers from the grocery store!

The girls at Campus Floral were amazing to work with. I was thrilled to learn that they could make an arrangement and deliver it the same day. My Aunt lives in a retirement home and they delivered her flowers right to her door and then sent me pictures of the flowers. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered flowers and never knew what I got for my money. The flowers were pretty much what I wanted except I was wanting red carnations and got white and my Aunt said the card didn’t say who they were from. All in all I still give them 5 stars for being so accommodating. I posted on Facebook how pleased I was because the arrangement was beautiful.

I’m so glad I went with Campus Floral. They were accommodating to my specific needs, and the flowers were beautiful every time. I was living in the Middle East and had flowers delivered to my fiancée 3 times. It was worth the cost, and the price was fair and better than other companies I looked at. She was always happy with the service and loved the flowers. The arrangements were artistic and beautiful, colorfully and masterfully done. Delivery was always on time when specified and they changed the time/day as needed. The customer service was friendly and responsive, easy to work with. Campus floral created the most beautiful red, white, and blue centerpieces for our Veteran's Day Dinner. They were really flexible when we needed to add another one last minute. I would absolutely recommend them.

For stunning floral centerpieces, look no further. We gave Campus Floral our color palette, and they worked their magic. The centerpieces we received were beautiful and stunning. They set the tone for our lunch workshop, and 15 lucky recipients, each with one of the centerpieces, left the workshop with beaming smiles. As I walked back to my own office carrying the large bouquet from the welcome table, a stranger passing by said, "Oh, those are pretty!" Thank you, Campus Craft florists!

My only request was no peach or light pink. I got peach and light pink (and yellow which imo did not compliment together.) Idk for $43, including 20% tip, it seemed a little sad looking. It was disappointing but I guess it did the job.

This was the first time ordering from Campus Floral. I will for sure be a repeat customer. We are new to the Orem/Provo area after living in California, I wasn’t sure of where to order flowers, and this website/company is the same we used in California. We had great service then and again here in Utah. Will for sure recommend and use this florist again.

I don't order flowers often, but the little lady received some bad news and really needed a pick-me-up. I called and was given some great options and was promised that it could be delivered the same day! Fast and friendly and really nice flowers.

It looks pretty, but overall this is a bad product. For costing so much it should at least have been real flowers, but instead it's cheap synthetic foam that got slightly damaged before I even got to wear it. It had a big "Made in china" on the bottom (apparently not even made by campus floral. They just resell it for an unfairly marked-up price)
The corsage had some sharp plastic pieces that poked my hand very hard and almost drew blood.
If I want plastic flowers on a cheap elastic band, I'll go to dollar tree instead and save 30$

Ordering and payment by phone was easy. The person taking my call was VERY helpful. The Roses were available for pick up an hour and a half later, and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL.

I picked these up for a friend’s birthday, and they were absolutely beautiful. I love how the bouquet was altered slightly for the season as well. She loved them, and everything went so smoothly with pickup. The staff is so gracious and friendly! Highly recommend!

I'm currently deployed in the middle east and I was counting on this business to deliver the flower's to a family members funeral. It's disappointing that they felt the need to lie to me about being "stuck in traffick" and not delivering the flowers when they needed to be delivered.

The associate I talked with to order 4 small wraps was very helpful and the Gerber daisy in each was lovely. However the $10 wraps looked extremely skimpy and would have looked lovely with green filler to accent the Gerber. In the past I have never been disappointed, so this was a surprise.

Very prompt, friendly and efficient, and delivered a product with great value for the price.

Every year we order balloons for the MOA Family Arts Festival from BYU Campus Floral. The staff is a dream to work with when scheduling. The balloons are always delivered on time bright and early the morning of our event.

They filled my quickly order and got it even faster. I called and requested a faster delivery and they had it done within 45 minutes. They are so helpful and fast.

I was disappointed that the arrangement didn’t look like the picture. The flowers were arranged long stem in a tall vase, and not cropped in a shorter vase. That was one of the reasons i picked that arrangement. Also very pricey for just four flowers.

Everyone was nice. Communication was great. Product was great. Delivered fast. Could ask for more. Thank you!

I am sorry to say I was disappointed with my first purchase at Campus Floral. My purchase was the very good price of $55 for Designers Choice (for a funeral). When I picked up my bouquet I saw another bouquet on the shelf, beautiful white flowers, it was the same Designers Choice and was very lovely. I hoped it was mine, it was not. Mine had sparse, small blossoms. I have to admit I had requested no white flowers because I had happened to see other white bouquets beforehand at this particular funeral and wanted to be different, so perhaps that made all the "difference". I had also needed the flowers with only one day's notice. Maybe that accounted for the sparseness of my bouquet. I will probably give Campus Floral another try.

Even though they were very pretty I did not get what I asked for. I told hem that I wanted pin on corsages, not wrist corsages.
I was told that there isn't a key in your system to use when ordering a pin on corsage but that a note was added to make sure it would not be a wrist type. When I picked them up I asked if they were pin on and not wrist and was told yes. I should have checked for myself but didn't until I got them out the next day for my daughter's wedding. :(

I ordered balloons for a BYU on-campus graduation event and I asked that the balloons be delivered before 11am and they were delivered at 11:45am giving us only 15 minutes before our event started and so we were scrambling with a bunch of guests to put the balloons where we needed them. When I called the store the person said they were on their way, but due to graduation traffic they would be late. I thought this was an interesting response considering the facts we were on campus, you all should be aware of graduation traffic, and you gave me a 2-3 hour window to deliver the balloons. I'm sure you all are really busy with delivery's, but I have had this problem for 3 years each time I order balloons for graduation. Could something be fixed so that our order is not always so late. Thank you!

The flowers were beautiful, but because the delivery process was made difficult as they were delivered early and left on campus in a random room that was locked. In waiting on custodial to come and unlock the door, the arrangements didn't make it onto the table for our event until after the guests had arrived which was embarrassing and left us looking unprepared and unprofessional.

Disappointed in the size and quality of the flower, especially with the high price tag for 10 stems. When my daughter sent the picture of her flowers they looked like a $15 bouquet from Safeway

I actually didn't see the arrangement, but I'm presuming it was beautiful. The note with the flowers was off, missing an "s" to make a word plural and and putting "Aunt" instead of "and" on who it was being sent from. I'm surprised no one caught it.

I called from out of state to order a corsage for my mother’s birthday party. I described what I wanted based on some unique flowers and filler pictured in different places on your website. When I picked it up it was as beautiful as I had hoped. Pins were included for an alternate to the wrist strap as requested. Ready on time, price was reasonable, and it was beautiful. Thank you to the floral artists who prepared it for us.

I got my flowers very quickly which was nice but I shouldn’t be expected to pay like 40$ over the 60$ asking price to have the bouquet look like the picture. So that was misleading.

I was in a pinch to find my friend some flowers for her birthday. She works on campus and I live out of state. I called campus floral and they were wonderful to work with on a one of a kind floral arrangement. My friend absolutely loved it and the birthday balloon. Thank you, Campus Floral!

The wrap was organized nicely, but several of the flowers were browning already. Since I paid online, I didn't see the product until it was too late to ask them for a redo. Also, I specifically asked for no Lillies (Alstro), but there were two full stems of it in the wrap.

I was able to place a same day delivery order, the flowers were beautiful! They were also so helpful when I was trying to decide what to send, I recommend Campus Floral 100%

I live in Washington so I never saw the flowers delivered in Utah, and feel like it’s rude to say, “Dear grieving friend, you’re so welcome for the flowers. Now can you send me a picture of them?” It would be a great service if florists added a photograph to the receipt or even this email so I know what I actually bought. Especially since my choice of trust called “Bright and Vivid Designers Choice” is a little vague. I also think you would benefit from showing me exactly what a “standard” sized arrangement looks like so in the future I will know what I paid for is adequate for this occasion or I should pay a little extra for the larger arrangement next time. My friend did say they were beautiful, so they were well received and appreciated!

Everything was great! The balloons look so cute but this was for a birthday and I was expecting a balloon than said Happy Birthday not Thinking of You. It actually worked ok because we couldn't be there for the birthday. The basked looked nice, one of the plants did have a lot of brown on one of the large leaves. The basket is quite small especially for the price. I buy baskets regularly and usually buy at Harmons in Orem. Unfortunately they were out right now. The baskets at Harmons are more that twice as big for about the same price. BYU Campus Floral will always be a backup for baskets but never first choice because of the price.

My daughter picked up the order today. While she was there, she FaceTime me and showed me the ribbons. I thought they were pretty. When I got home and looked at it, I was disappointed. The banners are so small and the ribbons are faded. The two was not worth the money I paid for them. I paid $18.00 per ribbon.
I was expecting large bold ribbons. I request that I get reimbursed at least for one of the ribbons. I am disappointed. I am flying out to Hawaii tomorrow morning for my mother’s funeral and was hoping to have this one task taken care of. Very disappointed!

I placed the order over the phone, and that process was pleasant and smooth. We decided to pay for delivery, for convenience, but on the day it was set to be delivered our order was forgotten and we had to call to find out where it was an hour after the arranged time. They rushed to get the balloons to us, but by the time we got them the order was an hour and a half late, and these were for an event. The balloons are already a little pricey just for 6 regular latex balloons, and with a delivery fee on top of that having the order lost was not very impressive. When we did get the balloons, the order was correct at least and they looked good.

In this instance, the quality of the latex was the issue and caused a large part of the delay. Of which, we are apologetic that you experienced. Unfortunately, helium is currently under a shortage and due to that, all helium prices have risen. Again, we are sorry for the delay, and are glad they worked for your event. Beautiful arrangement. Sadly, within hours of delivery the two hydrangeas were wilting and by the next day they were shriveled. I realize hydrangeas are finicky, but I would have expected them to last longer than 24 hours.

It was only nice but not really like the picture you share. That you say.. Woow!

The flowers were only a couple of white roses etc the colors of the other flowres were poor in shape..Not what I have expected for the price and the expectations with the picture you shared.

The boutonnière was beautifully done. Campus Floral does amazing work. I was so impressed with my order from earlier this year that I knew I would be happy if I came back again. And I was! I have one suggestion with the boutonnières though; you guys need to use floral pins instead of the small ones you are using. The small pins are just not tough enough to get easily through the boutonnière And the head of the pin broke off when I was trying to reposition it. Other than that I was so happy with how it turned out.

I would love to leave a review but even though I asked for a photo of the arrangement to be sent to me, I didn't receive one. So I never got to see what my arrangement looked liked. On my order, you can see that I asked for a picture but it didn't come. I hope it was lovely, and I assume it was from my past experience with your store, but I would have loved to have seen it. How the willow tree was incorporated in it etc. But it is what it is, and I wasn't there to talk to the family or to see it. I will say that the person who helped me place the order, was very sweet and thorough and kind and working with her was a nice experience. Her name is Haley.

These guys are amazing! We were driving up from St. George to attend a prom in Utah County. We realized on the drive that we had left our corsage and boutonnière at home and were panicking. It was nearly 5pm on a Friday and we started calling different floral shops. Every other flower shop we called told us they couldn’t help us. Thank goodness we found Campus Floral. They were so gracious and said they could have them ready to go the next morning! The best part is that we loved the corsage and boutonnière even more than the ones we had left at home. Over the phone I was assured that the bouquet would have all 10 of their white tulips that they had in the store at that time (why I chose that store) when they gave them to me I thought nothing of it since that was my only request. When I saw pictures of the arrangement that was sent, I was sad. The arrangement was not nearly as full as the one in the picture, but even more devastating is that the flowers looked old and each of the roses had browned edges. I wish that Campus Floral would have let me know that they didn't have the fresh flowers to complete my order and I would have chosen another florist. Campus Floral came recommended to me, so I chose to use them. We were told the tuberose flowers would have a “touch of pink” to them. Well, it looked more like they were airbrushed or dipped in pink. And they are already turning brown and dying after a few hours. The ordering and arrival of flowers to Campus Floral was great, but the product is awful. Absolutely not worth the money. We can only use the equivalent of two out of the ten stems. So disappointed as this was for a wedding. The wholesaler should not have sent these out.

Got same-day service, right after Freshmen moved into the dorms.

Website was clear, and I decided to call. Got friendly service and good recommendations.

They delivered to the Cannon Center within two hours of the call, and my daughter received and is enjoying the bouquet.

Highly recommend for anyone for on-campus service. I'm sure it's fine off campus too.

I ordered the Hello Sweet Baby - Blue arrangement for the birth of our new grandson. I was disappointed that, although the arrangement was nicely done, it did not have the blue flowers. The arrangement featured yellow, white, and green. When I called to inquire I was told they were out of blue flowers and so they simply added more yellow. I found this unexceptionable for an arrangement captioned as “blue” for the birth of a baby boy. I wish they would have contacted me to let me know beforehand so I could have adjusted my order accordingly.

The flowers were perfect! Quick delivery, cheerful worker who took my order, just what I wanted! Definitely use them again.

I have been ordering from CA for all my UT flowers needs for years. I have always been 100% pleased with their work! For the first time ever, I was not satisfied with the photo I requested prior to delivery. Without hesitation, the designers immediately and cheerfully went to work to address my concerns, and the result was nothing short of exquisite. This bouquet was for a very sensitive situation, and their response to me was tender, caring, and knowledgeable. The recipient was very happy with the flowers. The gal that took my order (Lillie? I don’t remember, she had a flower name!) was cheerful and helpful.
My only complaint is that I asked them to text me a photo of the arrangement, and never received that text. Not a huge deal. I did get a text from the recipient... but did ask for one from the florist when the arrangement was complete.
I will definitely use campus flor again for future floral needs. :)

I will tell you from past experience that Campus Floral does a great job with the flowers. My wife is always so impressed with them as well as those who get to see her displayed flowers on her desk at BYU.
I was rather disappointed about her not receiving the little dragon buddy that was an added gift for her as a mothers day surprise.
I knew this cute little guy would be very popular so I placed my order 3 weeks before mothers day to assure her to get one.
Well she did get the flowers and loved them, but her little surprise was delivered to someone else by mistake and of course they were sold out so I'll be searching for something else to replace it.
I hope that whomever did receive it does love it and enjoy it as my wife would have.
Like they say, don't put all your eggs in one basket, so I'll be more cautious about future orders that could go sideways.
But speaking to the flowers, they have always done a great job on them and many comment how great they look.

Campus Floral was wonderful to work with! They contacted me when the color of flowers that I ordered wasn't available and gave me options on what they could do instead. And I gotta say, they delivered the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers I have ever seen! It was above and beyond what I could have imagined. I've ordered flowers from them on multiple occasions and they consistently produce quality results and their professionalism and customer service is fantastic!

I called and told the person helping me that I was looking for a potted plant for a certain amount of money. She sent me pictures of some options then called me back. The plant was then delivered to an office on BYU campus within two hours. Really great customer service!

The flowers were nice, but I requested that you call and confirm that the residents were home before delivery and I even left you a tip to confirm this. You actually just left the flowers at the front door without confirming that the residents were home, which they weren’t . A neighbor saw the flowers in the cold and took them in for the night or they would have frozen.
If I request that you call and confirm that the people are home and even leave a tip for this, I would expect that you would comply with the request.

Thank you for offering some treat boxes and also a box of baked goods as alternatives or additions to flowers. That way, there's fun things for kids/college students or whoever. Appreciate the variety and options--thanks!

Balloons were nothing like the picture. 8 balloons pictured and received 5 instead. They were cute, but a lot of repeat specialty balloons. Delivery was prompt. And notifications were great.

But sadly a rather ho-hum arrangement with stock flowers that I would not classify as "bright and vivid." Disappointing -- this was supposed to be a celebratory gift bouquet, but was just kind of ordinary. Not worth the money.

We were so happy with the floral arrangements for our son's wedding. We don't live in Provo so I was concerned about ordering the flowers over the phone. I spoke with Heather a couple of times beforehand and she and very reassuring. The temple told us the couple would be coming out of the temple at 9:30 a.m. and so we made arrangements to have the flowers delivered at 9:30 a.m. Exactly at 9:30 a.m., the delivery van drove through the temple gates-right on cue! I ordered the Designer's Choice #1 arrangement to be delivered to my wife. It came quickly, and was truly awesome -- a very well done arrangement. It cheered my sweetheart on a hard day. The cost (including delivery) was fair, too. I recommend BYU Campus Floral without any reservations whatsoever.

This is what I ordered- a basket with about 5 plants including a flowering one. What was delivered looked almost completely different with no basket, no flowering plant and a ceramic pot on a stand. It was attractive. If what is going to actually be delivered is that much different than what was ordered, I think the sender should be notified. However, what was delivered was fresh, looked very nice and was appreciated by the receiver. Hence, the 4 star review.

I was very disappointed with the flowers I ordered. I took them back to the store and they gave me another arrangement that was better than the first, but they had limited variety of flowers. I'll go back to them again but I will be VERY specific about what kinds of flowers I want, how I would like them arranged, etc.

Had this sent to my daughter in the dorms. She got a message to pick up the delivery at the central building. They were able to fill the candy requests I gave them and it all went smoothly. She loved it and thought the cougar was adorable.

Beautiful arrangement of flowers!

I ordered the Sunny Day bouquet and upgraded to Premium. The 3 Pink flowers shown were removed and replaced with 1 small purple flower and 7 tulips were added for upgrading to Premium. I was looking to make a statement for Mother's Day and I felt that the value was not there.
I always try to support local florists, and the flowers were high quality, but I was disappointed in what was represented and what we received.

I was unable to attend a bridal shower, so I had BYU Campus Floral deliver a beautiful Succulent Box to the bride-to-be and when she received the gift she had texted me with this response, 'Thank you for the gift, it is honestly so amazing and perfect!'

The order was cute and as expected. I know that mail gets delivered to a universal location for the dorms, but I expected this to be delivered to her door as you would expect with any kind of delivery of flowers or food. I was fairly appalled to learn I paid that much for delivery when it didn't actually get delivered to her, she had to go pick it up.

The flowers were beautiful I am told and the convenience of sending them from out of state on short notice was awesome.

I mentioned while ordering that I like a certain arrangement from BYU’s website and wanted them to stay within a certain color scheme if possible. I tried calling a few times to place the order because I wanted to speak to a florist but no one answered. The arrangement they made was an elegant mix of roses, ginestra, curly willow, pepperberry greens, & gerber daises. I get that it was Valentine’s Day but the roses were blown (old) and I personally really don’t like Gerber daisies. I was also a bit peeved for the $12 delivery charge for the arrangement to be taken to the building across the street (on campus). The shops I’ve worked for didn’t charge that much for same city delivery on holidays. Even though I wasn’t satisfied, the recipient absolutely loved them which is what was most important.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Flowers were not delivered on the day that I requested them. Did not reach out to me, but I had to reach out to them. Gave it 2 stars over 1 star because they actually finally got the flowers to the person the next day, but disappointing that they delivered them late with no compensation.

It was incredible--even better than shown in the picture. My wife loved it and felt SO special when these were delivered to her office on Valentine's Day. Everyone else at her office was so jealous!!

I tried to send flowers to my daughter, a young mom of three children under five, who was having a rough day. Each time I would attempt to do so online, whatever companies I tried would add exorbitant delivery fees, etc. which made the final cost outlandish for a small bouquet that could be purchased from Albertson's and delivered for a reasonable price. BYU Campus Floral was no only reasonable, they were prompt and communicative. I will definitely purchased flowers here again!
