Product Description:
All subscriptions are designed as hand-tied bouquets, wrapped in Kraft paper and tied with a ribbon, with the exception of the first delivery which arrives in a glass vase appropriate for the size of bouquet purchased.
At the start of each new order, the recipient will receive a handwritten note detailing the duration of their gift/subscription. You may also include a personal message at checkout.
ORDER SCHEDULE
Your first subscription order can be delivered or picked up on any date. All following subscription orders will be available the first week of every month (the day of the week can be chosen at checkout). If your delivery or pick up dates coincide with a holiday or a day we are closed, recipients will be notified by phone to reschedule.
We are happy to honor requests for special flowers when possible, but please keep in mind that our flowers change daily and are often seasonally dependent.
We will call you before your next scheduled delivery and ask for a new card message and your card number for the new months flower charge.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
