Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (573) 883-2109, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (573) 883-2109 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The tulips I ordered weren’t in stock, but the store was willing to place an order just for my flower delivery. I didn’t feel that was necessary and asked that they create a classy spring arrangement in place of the tulips. The arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved their flowers.

We attempted delivery fulfillment date. We called ahead to see if the recipient was home. They did not answer. We still attempted delivery. They were not home so we called again and left a voicemail on their phone to contact us. Due to it being an apartment, we did not feel comfortable leaving it.

Bri's Buy The Bunch did such an excellent job with my floral delivery! I placed an order for my Best Friend who recently got accepted into the doctoral program of her choice. My order was very last minute... and on Valentine's Day week! And Bri's was still able to prepare the perfect arrangement and deliver on time. In addition, my best friend was not home when they tried to deliver... and they called me personally to ask if there was somewhere else to deliver them!!!! They drove them to her work, instead!! Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
