Bronson Floral Co Inc
We are a full service floral/greenhouse. We have an unconditional replacement guarantee. Our goal is to educate for maximum product life. Please know that while we do everything we can to meet your floral needs, sometimes the product you request is not readily available. What is most helpful to us, is if possible place your order 1 to 2 days before requested delivery. While same-day delivery is possible your order needs to be in by noon of that day. We are also a member of Florist to Florist through Bloomnation
ABOUT THE OWNER
Terry Siler and Kathy Wilkinson
Here at Bronson Floral Co. Inc., we've been creating beautiful arrangements for more than 40 years. Current owner and Master Designer, Terry Lee Siler, began his career in the floral industry in early 1969 in the guidance of Lawrence Hagen. Lawrence Hagen, graduate of the Chicago Institute of Floral Arts, was recognized as one of South-Central Michigan's Master Designers. Terry Lee Siler was recognized by Teleflora as one of it's first Petal of Honor recipients. One of 14 in Michigan, and one of 316 in North America. Most recently FTD recognized Bronson Floral as a Premier Florist. Old fashion quality and service are paramount with Bronson Floral; every piece is unconditionally guaranteed. Traditional, contemporary, or stylized design exceeds each individual clients expectations. Kathy Wilkinson has been with the company for the past 10 years. During that time, she has learned the operations of 3 greenhouses and has assumed overseeing the daily operations of those.

Policies
Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

My sister-in-law was released from the hospital after seven months of surgery and physical rehabilitation. The florist didn't have the materials to make this bouquet on short notice, but Bronson Floral substituted an even larger bouquet of sunflowers that were perfect for the occasion. Many thanks! While did not actually get to see our purchase, or a photo of the substitution plant for our purchase, I trust Bronson Floral did a fine job choosing a quality plant for the grieving family. I do know that the plant was delivered on time to the correct location.

This was ordered to go to a funeral and I couldn’t be there, but showed the picture to a friend who said she looked them all over and didn’t see it. She said there was a basket thing with some plants in it but the card didn’t say who it was from or didn’t look like the one I showed her from the picture. Called afterwards and was told they can’t do it exactly, and the picture looked like weeds in it to him anyways.
I spent $80+ and evidently didn’t get what I actually paid for , and to now have to let them know the plant was from me when I told the daughter I wanted her to take it home with her. in my opinion I am not satisfied

The "response" looked like weeds" was most likely an indication the there was not contour or attempt in the "pictured" planter to allow idenification of the plants.We are sorry for being unable to recreate that which God has made so individual. As far as who would take something home from the funeral, that is totally up to the family. We can inidicate one's wishes, but can not control their actions. We are so sorry of you were dissatified.

Although the arrangement that was sent was nice and I realize that substitutions sometimes have to be made, it was no where near what I had selected from your webpage. The only common flower between the two was the rose and then filled in with lots of babies breath. Applies to the vase as well. I have to say that I was very disappointed. The two arrangements don’t look anything alike. Probably shouldn’t include this selection on your website if you can’t reasonably meet the photo. I would have included a photo of what was received but this section doesn’t allow you to upload a photo.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
