It’s the little details that count when it comes to floral arrangements- and Brodericks delivers just that. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
Substitution Policy
At Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts, we take pride in creating beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change daily, the arrangement you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown on our website.
From time to time, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonality, weather conditions or market availability. When this occurs, our experienced florists will carefully select flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette and feel of the arrangement you selected.
Containers, vases, plants, baskets and other decorative elements may also be substituted when necessary, with an item of similar style and equal or greater value.
Our goal is always to create an arrangement that is as close as possible to the design pictured while using the freshest and highest-quality flowers available.
If a particular flower, color or design element is especially important to you, please include your request in the Florist Instructions at checkout or contact us directly before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Delivery Policy
At Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts, we take great care in making sure your flowers and gifts arrive fresh, beautiful and on time. As a family-owned and operated florist, customer service has been at the heart of our business for generations.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery location and our delivery schedule. During holidays and other high-volume periods, same-day delivery may be limited.
Delivery Times
While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our shop in advance. Deliveries are scheduled based on location, routing and order volume.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the order in a safe location, with a neighbor, doorman, concierge or front desk when appropriate. If the arrangement cannot be safely left, we may contact the recipient or purchaser to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite or unit numbers when applicable, as well as a valid recipient phone number. Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Hospitals, Funeral Homes & Businesses
Deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, businesses, schools and other facilities are subject to the receiving policies and hours of each location. Once an order has been accepted by authorized personnel at the facility, the delivery will be considered complete.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Severe weather, road conditions, traffic, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delivery delays. The safety of our drivers is important, and we reserve the right to reschedule a delivery when conditions make delivery unsafe.
Holiday Deliveries
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and other major holidays are especially busy. We recommend ordering early. Requested delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak holiday periods, and same-day delivery availability may be limited.
Questions About Your Delivery
If you have questions or special delivery instructions, please contact Broderick’s Flowers & Gifts. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your flowers or gifts are delivered with the care and personal attention our customers have come to expect.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund provided the order has not yet been designed, prepared or sent out for delivery. Once an order has been prepared or is out for delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Wedding, event and custom floral orders are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the individual contract or proposal.
