Ordering process was smooth and the flowers were received timely. However, I was sent a picture of the order and it was a majority greenery. Roses weren’t the correct color combo, very little if any Lillie’s, and overall looked nothing like the pictured order. They don’t have a voicemail setup to leave a message. I emailed to request a re-delivery and have yet to hear back. Was not worth the money for an almost $100 worth of flowers.

What we ordered and what we received was good but not quite to the brief. It would have been helpful for Bloomnation to have sent a photo of the bouquet. However our cousin did take a photo and the bouquet was lovely just not all the colours we had expected.
As this was an overseas booking I would probably use again but like I said a photo would have been a nice customer service touch.

I was highly disappointed with my Birthday Flowers. It isn’t the first time getting flowers from your shop and every time it’s mushy and old no fresh flowers. Do better, stop taking peoples money and give them garbage.

The bouquet photo shows almost a dozen roses but the flowers had maybe half that many. Instead there were many cheap flowers. There was no green flowers instead there was white. The case in the photo was really nice looking but the one received was not. I paid for a larger bouquet and it definitely wasn’t.

While the flowers delivered were of good quality, the arrangement did not resemble the picture advertised on the website. The arrangement in the picture was an assortment of yellow, orange, pink, purple, and green hues. However, the delivered arrangement was predominantly orange and green flowers. It would have been much appreciated if I had been contacted about the inventory that was available because I would have chosen something different.

I loved this place.. needed nice bday flowers for my best friend and it was the quickest and most affordable florist that I’ve ever dealt with. My friend loved the bouquet too.. said they were fresh and lasted longer than all her other birthday flowers. I was able to pick them and send them within 24 hrs as well.. also great since I’m such a procrastinator.

When the flowers I ordered on February 15, onlne, were not received by my daughter, even after I received a confirmation of delivery e-mail, I called them the next morning. I spoke to Kathy, and without hesitation she told me she would investigate and call me back. Within an hour I received a call. Kathy told me that she couldn't get in touch with the driver who was supposed to deliver the flowers so she woild put together a new bouquet, and deliver them later that day. I ordered Rose Medley for the roses. When it arrived it was mostly carnations and tired looking. I expressed two things in my order. First, take your time with arrangement bc there was no rush. Sloppy arrangement was completed AND delivered within one hour. I also asked for a Happy Birthday balloon. A "Happy Birthday Princess" balloon was substituted and was not approprite for the intended gift. No phone call to confirm this balloon was OK even though my phone number was included. I immeadiatly emailed this shop with my concerns but have yet to hear back, so thus the bad review. Do better! The over $100 gift was maybe worth $50 and that is generous

I’ve ordered countless flowers from here and I have never been disappointed until I received these. These were not cheap by any means. So when I picked them up yesterday I thought something was weird about them but they looked beautiful and my lady loved them so I was ok with that. Today on the other hand ,after looking at this pic, not so much smh. The florist said they just got the flowers so they were fresh and they need to sprout. This photo shows mostly flowers with a little greenery but what I got was mostly greenery with 11 white roses smh. Not even a dozen?. I understand the fillers but this is too much. The reason for picking this particular arrangement was due to what was shown here… an all white arrangement. I hope the next time I order I get what’s on your website and if not then I will go elsewhere

What a lovely experience. We're not local, but wanted to send our friend some flowers for an occasion for same-day delivery. After I placed the order online, I called to ensure it could absolutely be delivered by end of day. The person I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. I called back to double check if the driver could give me a call should our friend see an unfamiliar number, and didn't pick up. Again, they were super accommodating and understanding wanting to keep everything a surprise. It all worked out, and based on the photo our friend sent, the bouquet was absolutely lovely.

I bought flowers for a funeral and I live out of state. I got an alert stating the flowers were delivered but when I asked for a picture of the bouquet when finished they would not accommodate. I still would order from this store but my last order was very disappointing. I normally get most of my flowers from here. I just ordered 3 bouquets for Mother’s Day at $50 each. I prob wouldn’t order here for this particular location. I think the staff were super busy and when I received my flowers they didn’t look worth $50 each. It looked like someone was in a rush and put them together. The accent flowers didn’t match and I personally feel like the store ran out of flowers. I wish I complained but the store was so busy that I just left with the flowers. My sister got me a bouquet of peonies from Whole Foods for Mother’s Day (picked up that same morning) at less than half the price and they looked way better (with more peonies) and also bloomed better.

I called the shop on Thursday October 8th to request an arrangement for delivery on Friday October 9th for my sister's birthday. I chose Bouquets & Baskets using a map -- you can probably see my sister's apartment from this shop --- it's that close. The woman asked me to order via the website instead, so I did. I thought it was strange that I didn't hear from my sister even though I received an email that the bouquet had been delivered that afternoon (maybe 2pm-ish). I called her the morning of October 10th (after receiving the email asking me to review the experience) and discovered that the flowers had NOT been delivered. In fact, my sister said that SOMEONE had called her cell phone at 6:10pm saying they were outside trying to deliver something. Her 15 year old son was standing outside the apartment looking for whoever was calling but no one was there. Then my sister tried calling the number back but no one answered. And when I called the shop following this conversation, I was initially told that there was no record of the order. I offered to provide an order number based on the THREE emails I had received about it -- but was told that wouldn't help them. I spoke with two different men in the shop -- the call probably lasted a good 15+ minutes and then one of them finally found the order and walked it the 75 feet or so to my sister's apartment. But, I am 100% confident that these flowers would NEVER have been delivered if I hadn't called. AND they were ordered the day after her birthday when they were supposed to be a centerpiece of a small birthday dinner with my parents. When I asked the gentlemen I spoke with about getting some sort of price adjustment, they told me I'd need to call back the following week when the orders were in. My sister said the flowers were very pretty but I am VERY disappointed with the service.

Selected this arrangement for specific color palate and flower variety. Not as pictured and not same color palate AT ALL. Only thing similar was size and vase shape. No blues, purples or deep greens. Cheaper flower variety and arrangement not as lush as pictured. Usually florist notifies before arranging and delivering for adjustments if unable to fulfill as ordered with specific flowers / colors. I wish they had in this instance.

I was extremely fortunate to find this amazing florist is Jersey City, especially in the midst of the Corona virus. I contacted them several days before my daughter's birthday (I live in Rochester, NY, my daughter lives in Jersey City) and found the online ordering process to be very easy. There were so many gorgeous floral arrangements to choose from, as well as boxed chocolates, and this was the real exciting bonus: a giant teddy bear and lots of balloons! When I had a question, I called the shop and spoke with Cathy, who was most helpful and accommodating. She was an angel! Long story short: My daughter and 2-year old granddaughter were absolutely thrilled with the prompt delivery of a stunning birthday bouquet in a beautiful blue vase, colorful balloons, a box of delicious chocolates, and an amazingly cute, fluffy, and gigantic teddy bear! I was so happy to be able to give both of my girls a big bear hug even though I couldn't be there in person. I can't thank Bouquets & Baskets enough. They are sensational! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A friend’s wedding was unfortunately postponed due to COVID-19. Given that she was upset, a friend and I decided to send the bride-to-be a bouquet to cheer her up and let her know we were still thinking of her. While the bouquet that was received was lovely, it is not what was ordered. The flowers in the “Isn’t it Romantic” bouquet are cream, white, and blush, with green accents from the leaves the stems. This bouquet was intentionally picked because these are the recipients favorite colors, and we’re to be the colors of her bridal bouquet. Unfortunately, what she received was purple, white, and dark pink. Furthermore, the card that was clipped with a tacky yellow paper clip, was lost. If we were informed the flowers in the original bouquet were not available, we would have ordered another one. However, the florist took it upon themselves to substitute as they felt warranted. We were not even made aware. In the future, please let your clients know if what they want is available.

Friendly staff worked hard to fix the issue, but I would not order here again. Photos on website are significantly different than what I have received on all three orders. I understand you can always create exactly what is pictured on your website due to availability of flowers. However, I expected at least the same fullness/ number of flowers, given that I paid for a premium arrangement. Also roses were ALL fully opened which means they have a limited longevity.

The expensive arrangement I received looked nothing like this one. The colors were random...should have been many varieties of pinks and green as shown. Ours had red roses, half dead lavender tea roses, white hydrangea, a peculiar color orchid and wilted white tulips, and the vase was solid white rather than the glass lined with leaves. For $165 dollars, I really expected this arrangement as shown. It was a big disappointment.

The flowers sent were a lighter shade of pink and a different species of daisies and not arranged as shown. I like your shop bc it’s close to my friends, plus you have elegant arrangements. This delivery was not exactly as shown..

Nice flowers but not as shown, they were purple and white, not blue and white as expected. Purple Iris with white hydrangea and white roses. Still came in a blue vase which didn’t look quite right with no other blue flowers in my opinion.

The bouquet was beautiful, but not as in the picture, there were less flowers, altgough i ordered de luxe, which was meant to be with some more flowers. The good thing, it was delivered in time, in spite of some snowstorms.

The bouquet was nice, but the florist ignored my request to have it delivered in the morning and it came at 3:45pm instead. When I called to inquire where my delivery was at 3:00pm, the agent said to call back after 4:00pm. This was an unacceptable response so I pressed, was put on hold, and after 5 minutes on hold was told that it was on the next delivery and probably had arrived already. when I explained that I was at the address to which the flowers should have been delivered and that they definitely had not arrived, she put me on hold again and then just confirmed that they were on the next delivery. I live in a high rise doorman building and the delivery person just left them at the front desk instead of delivering them to my unit, so I had to go down and pick them up. So, altogether a nice bouquet but poor marks on the delivery execution. And really, when it comes to ordering flowers, that's half what you're paying for.

Ordered Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet but when our order was about to be picked up, we were advised that the tea cup set was broken. Our order was replaced with a totally different arrangement.

Thank you for delivering the flowers in a timely manner. However the flowers were only somewhat like the picture. The colors were too dark and contrasting and the roses too were smaller and of different colors.
