The arrangement was a bit different than what I thought it would look like based on the website picture, but I understand that certain flowers are not available all the time. I just wish I could have had the opportunity to know what flowers were going to be used in the arrangement. All in all, my experience was fine. I have used this florist for many years and always had no issue. I will continue to use them. My daughter in law and son were very happy with the arrangement and that is what matters the most.

The flowers were beautiful but customer care wasn’t great. I had called to check in on delivery time for my same day order and was rushed off the phone by the woman at the shop. It was unprofessional and not a pleasant experience. When you’re spending money on a special moment you should receive customer satisfaction from start to finish.

In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
