Never ordered from a florist that was so diligent and on top of things. Our office ordered for a customer in Charlotte North Carolina. He lost his father and we wanted to send some thing. When I placed the order Emily came right back to inform me that they didn’t have what I originally asked for but they were going to substitute it with something else. They were on top of everything from the moment I placed the order to the moment it was delivered. If I ever have to order flowers again in the Charlotte North Carolina area, this is the place I would use. I highly recommend because you will not be disappointed
