Blume & Vine Floral Design is led by Nicole and Ilene, a creative team passionate about designing florals that feel intentional, memorable, and deeply personal. Nicole brings a background in floral and plant design, horticulture, visual merchandising, customer service, and event styling. Ilene contributes her experience in floral design, gardening, and fine arts, holding a degree in art that influences her creative approach. Together, they bring a thoughtful, artistic perspective to every arrangement they create. Lastly, Alyssa & Bella who help bring our floral Visions to life. Together we are focused on creating beauty and special moments thru Flowers, making it memorable. Known for their modern romantic style, Nicole and Ilene draw inspiration from nature, movement, texture, and seasonality. Their designs blend lush garden-inspired blooms with refined color palettes and carefully curated details, resulting in florals that feel both elevated and effortlessly beautiful. The team specializes in weddings, celebrations, sympathy flowers, corporate events, and everyday floral gifting. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
At Blume & Vine Floral Design, we take great care to ensure every arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time.
• Delivery is available throughout Clovis, Fresno, and select surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
• While we strive to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Deliveries are made within the selected delivery window.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate recipient information, including address, phone number, and any gate or access codes. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information.
• If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a neighbor, front desk, or reception area when appropriate. A delivery notification may be sent to the recipient.
• We are not responsible for flowers that become damaged, stolen, or affected by weather conditions after delivery has been completed.
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to product availability and delivery volume.
• Deliveries to hospitals, schools, businesses, and secured facilities are subject to the recipient location’s policies and access restrictions.
• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (360) 201-6289, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
