Blossom + Stem Floral Design is a custom floral design studio located in Westport, CT that creates beautiful bouquets and arrangements for weddings, events, corporate events, occasions, interiors and the everyday! Blossom + Stem offers flower arranging workshops with private and public in our beautiful Westport studio. We create bouquet bars and pop ups for private and corporate events as well. You can host your next event at our studio or sign up for a class! We also love the holidays and offer full service interior decorating for holiday including mantles, stairways, lobbies and all interior spaces. Kindly reach out to our extremely knowledgeable team! Flower-Obsessed Studio Owner | Runner | Mom
Michele has spent the past two decades as an Event Producer, Planner and Designer, producing beautiful events around the world for private and corporate clients. Prior to running her own event business, Michele worked in marketing and events for brands like ESPN, Yahoo!, NBA, AOL and Discovery networks.
Taking her passion for designing event spaces and her ongoing love of a simple, fresh-cut stem, Michele literally went back to Flower School New York and continues to study the art of creating beautiful settings through floral design. Michele’s designs and writings have been found in multiple social and print media platforms. Michele started Flowers for the Frontline during Covid and has donated florals to local hospitals and charities like Homes for Hope & Pink Pledge. She has done work for both a private clientele and brands around the world.
Michele is a mother of two, a dedicated runner and a former Ironman triathlete who made a trip to the Ironman World Championships in 2010. You can follow her personal floral, running, and mommy journey on Instagram @michele_sinacore and all things flowers @blossomstem.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We take great care to make sure your flower arrive safely & beautifully. Because every arrangement is handcrafted and flowers are perishable, we ask that you kindly review our delivery guidelines before placing your order.
Delivery Area:
We offer local delivery throughout Westport and the surrounding Fairfield County & Westchester County areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be shown at checkout or confirmed when your order is placed.
For deliveries outside the standard area, kindly contact the studio. We are often able to accommodate special requests for a minimum flower order and/or an additional delivery fee.
Delivery Timing:
Deliveries are made during regular delivery hours from Tuesday-Saturday each week. We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday unless a special arrangement is made with the studio prior. While we are happy to note a preferred delivery window, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our studio in advance. If your flowers are for a time-sensitive occasion, event, school, hospital or other location with specific receiving hours, please include those details when ordering. Often we design in the morning and begin deliveries around lunchtime.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS: Certain holidays like Mother's Day fall on a Sunday and we will offer delivery those dates. Our routes are determined by delivery region for holidays ( vs first come). If you are unsure of when your holiday delivery may arrive please contact the studio and we can determine if receiving the day prior is the best circumstance.
Delivery Minimums:
A minimum floral order of $50 may apply for delivery based on your area. For deliveries outside of our standard service location, a higher minimum and/or additional delivery fee may be charged.
Recipient Availability:
Please provide a complete delivery address and phone number where the recipient can be reached.
If no-one is available to receive the flowers, our driver or studio will leave the flowers in a safe protected area. If there are no safe areas we will determine this at the time of delivery. Weather temperature, building access, gate access, and the type of arrangement will be taken into consideration.
If flowers can be safely left and no-one is home, we will call the recipient or phone number on file to tell them they have a flower delivery waiting. We will leave the delivery, snap a photo and make sure the recipient is alerted. NOTE- we do not call recipients prior to delivery. We do not automatically take flowers back to the studio if no-one is home. If an arrangement is deemed by our driver or studio to not safely be left, the arrangement may be returned to the studio, and an additional delivery fee may apply for the redelivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please double check all delivery information when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries due to incomplete information including apartment numbers, gate codes, unit numbers or other circumstances outside our control.
Weather & Unexpected Delays:
Severe weather, traffic, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times. When this happens, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your flowers as soon as it is safe to do so.
Event & Wedding Deliveries:
Weddings, parties, corporate events, installations and other event deliveries are scheduled separately and may include delivery, set up, breakdown or pick up fees. If you place a mass order for an event we will reach out and may need to adjust the delivery fee.
Questions about your delivery:
We want your flowers to arrive just as beautifully as they left the studio. If you have a specific delivery request or aren't sure whether we deliver to your location, please contact prior to placing your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (203) 293-4275, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (203) 293-4275 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
