We had such a great experience with Kelly. We gave minimal info when placing the order and she proactively reached out to us to get details of the event. She went above and beyond to understand the event space and the desired feeling/vibe of the florals. Not to mention, THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. Everyone was asking where we got the flowers. I ordered the Designer’s Choice and they did an outstanding job with the bouquet. I appreciated the Bloom Snap so I could see what was being delivered to my recipient. The person I had the bouquet delivered to thought the flowers were beautiful, loved the vase they were in(it was a pretty vase/different than just a typical plain vase) & it cheered them up. I cannot recommend this shop enough! I ordered an arrangement for my sister, and it was breathtaking. The customer service was top-tier; they even sent me a preview photo of the flowers before they were delivered, which I greatly appreciated. My sister was over the moon and said it was the most beautiful arrangement. If you want high-quality flowers and a floral designer who actually cares about the details, this is the place to go. Ordered from BIY for the first time this week! I ordered the Designers Choice, largest size arrangement and It was GORGEOUS! They communicated directly about pickup time and when the flowers were ready! I was even sent a photo of the actual arrangement. Love a local shop, I will definitely order from them again. The recipient of the flowers loved them.
