Thought due to location close to home and buisness, it would be awesome to use as my new delivery of special occasion, not sure what happened with my order, but again very poor quality!

On February the 15th which was the original delivery date Houston experienced extremely low temperatures causing water pipes to freeze and power outages including my family home and flowershop. We spoke and it was agreed that the delivery date would have to be changed and you agreed that the delivery would be made a different day. If the roads wouldnt have been so dangerous to travel we would have definetely taken it on February the 15th because we like to go above and beyond for our customers but I could not risk the well being of my beloved employees in that manner. But we are sorry and apologize for the inconvinience.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
