We bought this bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day because her favorite color is blue. The arrangement is called Beautiful in Blue and there wasn’t one blue or even purple flower in it. The whole thing was white and the vase was clear. The arrangement was missing the following from its description; (a white disbud mum, purple statice and lavender limonium, seeded eucalyptus and salal in a stunning cobalt blue glass vase) it was also missing the blue hydrangea that is front and center in the image. The only substitutions were carnations, ferns, and a few tiny daisy’s. It was also much smaller than it was supposed to be. It was a terrible disappointment.

The arrangement that I ordered was exactly what my Mother received. I loved it. I know that sometimes Florists need to substitute the vase for something else, but I’m glad that this didn’t need to happen because I loved the flowers AND the vase they were displayed in also.

I called her again today as I didnt hear from her yesterday and she did pick up today and your flowers have been delivered. I sent an email when it was delivered. The one flower in front was squished, the rest were fine but for the cost it was disappointing.

Was very happy with the beautiful flower arrangement I ordered. It came out looking quite like the picture shown— multi-colored, full, with bright & cheerful flowers. Delivery was made the next day in the time frame promised. Recipient was very happy & thankful to receive it. I was pleased too. Thanks!

Unfortunately I learned that the flowers I had delivered on December 3rd were left outside and not found until the next day by the recipient's visiting family member. Not sure of the actual condition of the arrangement, but considering it's winter and been harsh cold windy snowy weather the last few days, I would've thought at least a phone call would have been made if no one was home or came to door to receive them!

Diana, Im so very sorry to learn of this issue, Im not sure what the temperature was that day, but my driver has been informed not to leave anything if the temp is less than 40, If you would please find out from the recipient if there were ANY issues whatsoever with that arrangement, I will certainly replace it for you and I will have a talk with my driver as to the procedure. Part of our policy is also to let the recipient know if we leave something at the doorstep so I will have a conversation with him about that too. The flowers were beautiful but I had expected there to be sunflowers in the arrangement and the picture my friend sent me didn't have sunflowers . I chose this arrangement because of the pumpkin and sunflowers . Just wondering? Maybe I didn't see them in the photo she sent?

This bouquet was for my husband's 80th birthday. He was very surprised and happy with its colors and variety of flowers, and he was impressed with the stoneware-like container. It arrived on the date I requested in perfect condition. It is just packed with beautiful flowers and accents of greenery. I couldn't ask for better!

While the Grandeur Arrangement was not available, the suggestion of the pink roses was made and I went for it. I am very glad that I made that decision as they were beyond beautiful and their fragrance is still flowing even a week later. Even the longevity of the these roses is superior to any other rose that I have purchased.
Excellent suggestion and a superior product that my wife loves.

I was more than disappointed with a "standard" bouquet that cost me over $100. I realize the photo is not always the same flower arrangement that will be delivered, but the quality of the flowers was lacking, as well. I have pictures I can send of flowers that were very wilted, brown edges on the pale roses and certainly not as many sun flowers as pictured. I am very disappointed and will reconsider Binley next time I need to order flowers. Sadly, Joanne Conley
