With more than 30 years in the floral industry, Russ Fitzgibbon has dedicated a career to creating beautiful floral designs and serving the community. After purchasing Beverly's in July of 2002, he has worked to build a business known for quality flowers, creative designs, and a welcoming atmosphere. Known for his sense of humor and friendly personality, he enjoys getting to know his customers and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels valued. Russ loves to help bring customers' ideas to life and creating arrangements that make every occasion a little more special. Through hard work, creativity, and a commitment to care and attention, Russ has made Beverly's a trusted part of the community for familiar faces and new customers alike.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
If you order by 9:00am EST, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 8:00am on Saturday.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Policy
We offer exchanges with defected/damaged items or arrangements — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (585) 343-8500, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (585) 343-8500 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
