The driver did not call the recipient, as requested in my "special instructions". The arrangement was left on the porch and was discovered this morning by the recipient. That's not very good service.
These arrived right as I got to the party after being ordered that am! They were gorgeous and became the centerpiece for the backyard soirée!

The flowers never arrived! I already paid for them online and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday and they never came! I am so angry and I have not heard back from them. I emailed and called and no response
I paid extra for Deluxe (fuller assortment of flowers) but it was delivered as the original. Disappointed. I will not order thru them again unless I go with original assortment.

Absolutely not. I’ve been ordering this bouquet for years and I have always been thrilled with it. This one arrived and looked nothing like this picture or past orders - the colors, design & flowers were disappointing. Very disappointing, especially given the price point.

Although the recipients of the arrangement you delivered were delighted with this surprise gift, the photo they sent me of the bouquet in no way resembled the picture which you depict on line for the order form. Very different flowers and feel.
The delivered flower arrangement didn't look like the online photo but was stunning beautiful and delivered with aplomb.

Firstly, AMAZING flowers, beautifully arranged. Exactly as the picture in the website suggested. I opted for the premium selection and it was fantastic. The recipient keeps sending me photos saying they can’t stop looking at them as they are so beautiful. The process was VERY easy using the website (from overseas) and the flowers were delivered same day, within hours of ordering. Well done and thank you. 6 Stars!

I ordered 5 of these for table decoration and they were spectacular and my guests all agreed! Beverly blossoms kindly customized my colors to be white with a dark orange accent to match my table decor and they got the color perfectly. You can't go wrong with Beverly Blossoms for detail, pricing, and customer service.

This arrangement comes in 3 sizes I tough I was getting at least 1 or 2 more orchids, and the beautiful branches of wood , that are shown in the photo they didn't come in my arrangement.

The flower arrangement I choose from the website and the flowers that were delivered were all the same colours but all different flowers. For instance, instead of the orchids they added tulips-I was disappointed when I saw what had been delivered.

The flowers were beautiful, however, they were not what I asked for. I specifically asked for pink and white roses (because I know this is what this person would have enjoyed the most). You sent mostly red roses with some very deep pink roses. Not the colors I was hoping for. But other than that they were beautiful.

I don't know how the flowers looked since they were delivered to someone else, but I can tell you that my deliver guy was a super pro. He called to let me know that the person to whom the 'get-well' flowers would be delivered was just released from the hospital, and offered to switch the delivery to her home for the next day. He didn't just drop them off at the hospital and skedaddle.
Whenever I order from Beverly Blossoms, I can rest assured that the flowers will be superb, even though I haven't seen them before delivery.
The flowers are beautiful and fresh, and the arrangement is colorful and appealing!

My boss sent this beautiful arrangement to his wife for her birthday. Although they were lovely when they arrived, they deteriorated very quickly. When I called to complain, the manager was immediately apologetic and offered to send another bouquet to her right away. She was delighted to get another beautiful arrangement and was very appreciative how kindly and quickly the company handled the situation.

Lovely bouquet! Wish they could incorporate a follow-up photo of the bouquet to the sender, but otherwise was very happy with the creating, ordering, and delivery of flowers.
The actual arrangement wasn’t nearly as dramatic looking as the photo. Seemed like far fewer Bird of Paradise flowers and other colors also not as vivid. Recipient liked it, though

No, not happy. Very disappointed with my fist experience despite the fact that I noted in my order that I was referred by the recipients and even set up an account for my future orders. I ordered the best option which was eight plants, and they only received 6, so I feel I was cheated. You think you win, but you actually lose a customer immediately, and many more. Keep the extra charge!
