In 1937, Shigeichi and Yukie Nakamoto had one vision: To share the highest quality flowers with Hawai‘i. Driven by a desire to make people smile, the couple opened Beretania Florist on Nov. 19, 1937, in Honolulu.

Today, Beretania Florist continues to thrive, and currently is owned and operated by Celeste Nakamoto Farinas — Shigeichi and Yukie's granddaughter. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
