We nave nothing but positive remarks about Beach Blooms. Living on the other side of the continent we appreciated having a local Florist in Caroline Beach that we could rely on to deliver a bit of happiness to our daughter and family. The process was easy and seamless. Our daughter said the flowers were beautiful and healthy. From the picture she sent us they looked just like the ones on their website. I planned a surprise getaway for my wife's birthday in Kure Beach. I considered several florist options, mainly looking for one that could timely deliver flowers so that they would be in our room before we arrived. Beach Blooms was easy to work with and provided multiple delivery options, including same- or next-day delivery. I was able to order online and provide delivery instructions very easily. The delivery person even texted me when they delivered the flowers to coordinate delivery with our hotel. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh. Beach Blooms provided a great customer experience from start to finish!

I ordered on-line a bouquet of tulips for my sister for Valentine’s Day. It was fresh and very pretty but not the colorful effect I was hoping for. The majority of tulips were white with two yellow and five pink ones, not what I had envisioned.
She told me that she bought additional purple and yellow tulips to add to them at a local grocery store.
I understand Valentines Day is high volume. I will call personally ahead of time the next order to insure the flowers can be what I am ordering or go to another florist if not.

Flowers were good. My concern is I requested a call be made before delivery and that was not done. And the delivery person just set the flowers down outside the door. If the construction crew were not there, the flowers would have been to waste!

Totally understand that flowers are seasonal, but was hoping for a little pink in the arrangement vs. white and green, which is what my friend received. Thank for your feedback. Please keep in mind that you ordered one of the smallest sized and most affordable arrangement we offer on our website. The dimensions of the arrangement are clearly listed in the description so you know the approxomite size. The arrangement we sent for you actually exceded those dimensions and had 3 more roses than than the usual design. The delivery fee is always additional, especially seeing as this delivery address was in a different city than our florist shop. And even with the cost of goods increasing, we have still maintained our reasonable prices. We appreciate your order, but do encourage you to try another florist, and see if you can get a larger arrangment for $55 elsewhere with free delivery.

What a great company. A friend suffered a devastating loss and on behalf of a group of friends I needed to send sympathy flowers from the other side of the country. From the website I selected the peace lily plant but in a personal note told Beach Blooms I'd prefer one of several other plants. Then I realized I'd left one of the senders' names off the card! Sent an email late at night and called in a panic the next morning hoping to intercept delivery. The lady (owner?) who took my call had already corrected the card AND told me they'd found the substitute flower I preferred. All this on Mothers' Day weekend, a super-busy time of year! Just heard today from the recipient that the flower had special meaning for her. Truly grateful for the care and attention. Thank you.

I needed 3 bouquets for a Cub Scout event and forgot to order until it was only a day or two in advance. Ordering online was simple, I was able to request certain colors snd the bouquets came out BEAUTIFUL. The flowers smelled so strong. (In a good way, I’m not used to flowers having so much perfume anymore!!! It was such a treat!) It lingered in my car and home for a full day after I gave them to my volunteers. Truthfully I was a little disappointed. I had requested a happy looking arrangement. It was more of a everyday arrangement, that didn't showcase a designer style. I would have lightened it up and had some wispy pieces to give it a lighter look. The purple pieces with the orange and green didn't compliment each other. The upside is you delivered very quickly after my order and I felt your prices were reasonable.

It's difficult to interpret exactly what a customer means when they say a "happy" arrangement, without any more details given. We did our best to accommodate with what we thought was a happy arrangement. It certainly made the recipient smile which we think is the most important thing. Perhaps we should have called you and asked what you thought "happy" looked like, and for that, we are sorry. But please consider adjusting your negative review as it is based on the fact that we didn't design the "Designer's Choice" how you wanted it to look. This is the reason we have pictures to choose from and an area for special instructions if you have a more detailed request. Thank you for your order and hopefully the recipient was pleased with the flowers.

Beautiful arrangement designed very closely with the image in their website. Same day delivery and beautiful calligraphy on the note card and message. My friend just called and said "I have never received such beautiful flowers anywhere!" And we have some pretty amazing florists where we live in NY! Had a bouquet delivered to my best friend for her birthday. They didn't fill out the card, and it arrived with a blank card. My friend's husband thought she had a secret admirer and was rather irate. She finally worked out who had sent the flowers, and sent me a picture of the bouquet, the same day it was delivered.The edges of the rose petals were already going brown.

We’re sorry about that. It was just a simple mistake. We were contacted immediately by the recipient and cleared the matter up. As for the roses, they were orange and may have appeared different to you, but were fresh that day and a really interesting variety that makes the petals curl at the top. At a time when some Florists said they were out of flowers, Beach Blooms delivered a beautiful arrangement that looked just like the online picture or even better promptly the next morning. We're so happy you liked the bouquet. We're sorry about the later delivery. Valentine's Day is an extremely busy holiday for us and we are not easily able to accommodate specific delivery times. We did, however, deliver the arrangement before 5pm, which we feel is acceptable on a day when we have so many deliveries. Sorry you didn't feel the same way. One star is pretty harsh considering you were happy about the product and it was delivered before 5 on a busy holiday.

We made the arrangement based on the occasion and card message, and sent a very colorful bouquet that we felt was a “sunny and bright” representation of the message you were trying to convey. I’m not sure if you weren’t happy with the flowers, or just the fact that we did not assume that you wanted a picture emailed to you. Please consider updating your review... you never asked us to send a photo, and we couldn’t possibly have known you wanted one otherwise. I was very disappointed with the arrangement. The basket is nowhere near what your advertisement shows. I understand there is chance of little difference but the basket my friend rec'd was more of a generic style. I thought for $80 it would be really neat because she collects different style baskets. And the delivery charge was too high as well. I ordered online and you are in Carolina Beach and she was right next door in Kure Beach. I called and voiced my opinion but seemed to get no response other than 'oh we went extra to make this special for you'. No this was not 'extra' in any way. I will not be using your florist for any future deliveries to my friends I have there and I have 4 families that live in that area. I will say thank you for delivering something to her on the day requested. A nice gesture would be to get the advertised basket and deliver to my friend.
