Bay Hill Florist is located in Orlando's Dr. Phillips neighborhood, on Sand Lake Road in Plaza Venezia West, near Bay Hill Jewelers and Seasons 52. We deliver to all of Orlando, specializing in the Southwest neighborhoods Bay Hill, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Metro West and Lake Buena Vista. We are a design-oriented shop specializing in garden-style arrangements. We carry the freshest, highest-quality flowers, and we test and compare them for longevity ourselves. This allows us to deliver your orders with confidence that we are sending the very best. We are especially proud of our long-lasting roses.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (407) 226-7122, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (407) 226-7122 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

We spoke over the phone about this arrangement, and we did speak flowers and count. You can see in the emailed receipt a website picture of the arrangement that was ordered and that the rose count is the same as the one that was made and sent out for you. I also added the ribbon with "Brother" on it. I am sorry to know that you were disappointed.

|Upon ordering, I confirmed that the florist had all the flowers pictured in stock with the expectation that the arrangement would look as close as possible to the photo. I was NOT disappointed. The arrangement was delivered and when I received the delivery confirmation email with photo (excellent business practice by the way) but also received a text from my daughter with a picture of the flowers delivered.
I was thrilled to see that the arrangement delivered was the same as pictured on the website. I appreciate the friendly and professional staff as well as the skilled designers at Bay Hill Florist. They are my go-to florist when I want to send flowers to my daughter for any occasion. Very Well Done!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
