Hi, I'm Hanna, I'm a wife, mother, daughter and floral designer. My husband and I are the owners of BaLu & Co., but I am lucky enough to get the opportunity to work beside my Mother, Polly Luther. She introduced me to the love and creativity of flowers. We decided to start small in my garage in September of 2025. Things took off faster then we had anticipated and we were able to find a location perfect for us! We were able to open our store front to the pubic in late December of 2025. I had always hoped for an opportunity to work and raise my kiddos in the process. Our floral boutique is centered around family and I am, thankful for that every day! We are so incredibly grateful to the customers that have trusted us with their special moments and look forward to growing in the community and surrounding areas!

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Free delivery in Creston. Out of town requires a fee depending on the distance. We will continue to do our best to provide this option for our customers. For specific timed deliveries please leave all requirement on your order and we will do our best to deliver in a timely manner. Delivery for weddings and funerals outside of Creston will be set directly with customer. For any questions regarding locations please contact BaLu & Co.
Refund Policy
We accept returns on products outside of florals within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return.
Refunds are processed immediately upon return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (641) 202-6978, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (641) 202-6978 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
