Hi, I'm Alissa the owner of Balloon Express Indian Land. I am creative at heart and love to bring joy to others. I have 10 years of experience in balloon and floral design industry. I Received Business of the year 2023 from the Lancaster county chamber of commerce. Certified in Balloon decor and decoration and have a certificate in floral design and decor. My Mission is to always serve our clients to the best of my ability and if you want a rocket ship we can BUILD YOU ONE :) I love to come up with new designs to push the limits of what's known. I've been all around the United states training in both balloons and florals and love creating new things daily. I am originally from Lancaster county, and am a very proud member of the community. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (803) 547-1212, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
