|I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed by the way this flower bouquet was sent to my sweet Mother-in-Law.
I spent over $100 dollars for her to receive this beautiful floral arrangement, and what she received was a thin bunch of flowers, same size, with no arrangement whatsoever stuck in a vase. I was speechless!
I know it was an order made the day before the celebration, and I assumed you were very busy, but the way the flowers were delivered was not acceptable.

|The delivery person just left the flowers somewhere near a high traffic area at the entrance when I specifically asked to be called when they reached the address. The flowers could have been stolen. I had to leave church service to come and inquire about the flower delivery because we could not locate it.
The bouquet itself was a great disappointment for the money I paid. It’s nothing like what is in thre picture and Leon(the owner) told me to wait a few days but it’s still disappointing. I guess they ran out of flowers since it’s Mother’s Day. The recipient was also not impressed. It’s sad because all my previous purchases were great. I guess it’s time to find another florist

Dear Customer: We certainly appreciated your business, we understand that behind every flower arrangement there is an emotion attach to it, and we valued that, remember we are also a customer We made 3 attempts to deliver your flower but a sequence of issues prevent us form leaving them: We did not have the correct recipient phone number, we attempted to deliver in the afternoon and the recipient was not home, the building was not save to leave it at the front door, and the next morning before 10am we were knocking on her door trying one more time. You have the right to give us a zero based on your emotions, however i gave myself a 10 in doing everything in my power to deliver a beautiful birthday bouquet with complementary full birthday card and balloons. I usually dont respond to any emotional review, however i needed this time because is so easy to allow the emotions win to reason ignoring the real truth

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
