The Artisan Fox is a boutique florist and floral design studio located in Ada, Michigan, specializing in garden-style flowers, wedding flowers, sympathy flowers, event florals, corporate flowers, and local flower delivery throughout Ada, Grand Rapids, and West Michigan. Our floral designs are inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons, natural movement, and an elevated garden aesthetic. We believe flowers should feel personal, artistic, and thoughtfully curated. Every arrangement is designed in-house using premium blooms, seasonal flowers, lush greenery, and unique textures to create bespoke floral experiences for our clients. From everyday flower delivery and sympathy arrangements to weddings, corporate events, restaurant flowers, and private celebrations, our designs are created with care and intention. As a small boutique studio, we often step away for deliveries, installations, and event work. If your preferred delivery date or pickup time is unavailable on our online calendar, please email us directly. We are always happy to accommodate custom requests whenever possible and would love to help create something beautiful for your home, business, or special occasion.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (616) 314-8011, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
