I needed to send flowers for my daughters birthday. I found Annies on line. I wanted a shop that had a local presence, not a mail order bouquet. Some place in we community so they had s face in the public. We'll they not only cared about the order, they personally thanked me for calling and ordering direct. I asked for a few of my daughters favorite flowers, but left the rest up to them. The final product was lovely and I got a text when they were delivered. We ordered the Birthday Bliss, premium version, for an 80th birthday celebration. We requested delivery before 3pm due to prior plans. The bouquet is absolutely stunning and arrived before noon! The birthday girl claims she's never had a more beautiful arrangement and being as she belongs to multiple flower clubs, that's really saying something. We couldn't be more pleased! The flowers were beautiful when they were delivered. However, 4 hours later the petals began to fall off. They were not near any heat source, I guess they were just older.After contacting the florist, The roses were replaced at no charge, with an apology. I will continue to use this florist in the future.

The plants were very nice. I was not fond of the particular selected silk flowers in comparison with the picture on your website. But I was most disappointed with the pot based on the picture and the price difference. I was expecting a ceramic pot rather than the straw basket that was delivered. If I had known the pot was going to be changed, I would have ordered the Delightful Dieffenbachia. I do not order many flowers but I would think that you would contact me if you were making a significant change in case I wanted to change my order.

Case in point. I ordered an arrangement for my wife and somehow it got mixed up. I called the next day and they were more than willing to resolve the issue.
