I was so disappointed of how the arrangement was put in. I do understands they didn’t have all the specific flowers that they advertised but just the way they put in the flowers was like they just grab them and put them in the vase. I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Andrea's Flowers. The order was not available at the time of order because the flowers needed for the arrangement was not in stock, however the owner assured me that the needed flowers will be arriving that day at 2pm.
The staff was incredibly helpful, not only did I receive a stunning bouquet they also went beyond to deliver the arrangement 36 miles in Davenport at no additional cost. I am incredibly happy with their service and attention to details. Honestly, for the very base price of $75.00, I was surprised to see the bouquet that my daughter received. Even in the picture she sent, I can easily see that it was no more fresh than the $15.00 bouquets I pick up at the grocery store while grocery shopping. I said I was leaving it to their professional opinion, but I did not see that nor any extra effort to make it special or long lasting. The flowers chosen were all of the shorter-lived, already in full bloom, varieties and not any standards that could be dwindled down to after the initial bouquet is wearing out, per se, such as carnations, mums, aster, daisy, lily buds, liatris, etc. I specifically stated YES to purples/lavenders/blues, clearly specified NOT, (using capital letters to emphasize "not"), pink, but that peach/apricot (of the orange family) would be great. You guessed it. The only other color was Pink. Plain, clear, tubular shaped vase with water that needed changing, seen as obvious in the photo. So, although upon first glance, it was an okay attractive arrangement, (nothing to write home about at all), but certainly nowhere near worth a smidgen under $100 when all was said and done... Especially when they did NOT SIGN/put the names on the card as the order plainly had it written out. Yeah. That's not awkward on either party's behalf to have to ask someone if they got your gift. So, in my looking up what I saw as a mom & pop shop across the country, (support smaller businesses), turned out no more special attention was made than the 'big boys' and I certainly wasn't out for the price cut. Yeah. I'm a bit disappointed to say the least.

My husband and I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to his grandmother in Orlando for her 92nd birthday. I found Andrea's Flowers from an on line search, and they got great reviews so I went on their website and looked at examples of some floral arrangements. I chose a basket of pink and white flowers with ribbons on top because it looked pretty and unique and pink is his grandmother's favorite color. In the order notes I asked them to send me a text or email with a picture of the basket before they delivered it on her birthday. The morning of the delivery, I received a text with a picture of the basket of flowers, and they looked really pretty so I was hopeful that she would like them. As soon as she received them, my husband and I got a text with a photo of his grandmother and the basket of flowers and she was glowing! The text read in part that she had never seen such a beautiful flower arrangement! My husband and I were absolutely thrilled to see how happy those flowers made her! Thank you Andrea's Flowers for making my husband's grandmother so happy on her 92nd birthday! We will certainly use your floral shop again in the future! Five Stars all the way!!!

I paid extra for the premium package so the bouquet would be more full. When the flowers arrived they were sparse and not at all what the picture looks like. The picture showed baby pink white and lavender flowers when the flowers arrived the roses are stained red and it’s more greenery than actual flowers. I have ordered here before and was so impressed and paid half of what I paid this time which is why I decided to repurchase. I’m really disappointed and would like a partial refund.

The flowers were beautiful however they were delivered to the wrong address. When I checked in with my 87 year old Mother, she said she didn’t receive the flowers. I knew they had been delivered because I received confirmation. She had to check with her neighbors and found they had been delivered next door. As I mentioned my Mother is 87. I live in MD and she is in FL. I was sending her flowers because she is having her final radiation treatment today for her breast cancer. I would hope that your drivers would be more careful in the future to make sure deliveries are made to the CORRECT address. I have ordered from you numerous times over the past couple years with no problems with deliveries. It is important to me that I have a local florist that I can count on. I do not need my elderly parents having to search for their flowers. It ruins any surprise. Plus I had added chocolate to the order and when sitting on a neighbors porch in the FL heat that is a problem.

Encontré la floristería buscando por Internet. Yo vivo en Italia y deseaba un regalo para mi hijastra en sus 18 años, debo decir que todo el proceso de compra on-line funciona a la perfección y es intuitivo.

Las flores que le llegaron, estaban frescas y el bouquet era exactamente como el de la foto.

La señora es muy amable y atenta a las necesidades de los clientes, a mi por ejemplo, me hizo la entrega del ramo a la hora que le indiqué para que lo pudiera recibir mi hijastra.

Un detalle que me encantó; fue que la tarjeta estaba escrita a mano, lo que le da el toque personal que ameritaba la ocasión.

Habla español e inglés.
