Always in Bloom is just
the most amazing flower shop. I have used them exclusively for the past five years. They take such care and consideration over their work and clients. If you order an arrangement from the website, and they are unable to get the flower colors, they call and let you know how they will substitute. They deliver promptly and carefully. Recently, I had flowers delivered to a church for a funeral service and mistakenly picked a delivery time before the church was open. Always in Bloom placed the flowers in a safe place outside and continued to contact the Church to make sure they knew where the flowers were located. Now that is tender loving care! In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
