Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
We deliver to local areas that we can reliably hand-deliver ourselves. Delivery availability may vary by location and schedule.
Cutoff Times: Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 3:30pm Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Fee: Local delivery is $12 depending on the delivery zone. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our regular area.
Missed/No-One-Home Deliveries: If no one is available, we will contact the recipient when possible and leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate. If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
We review this policy whenever our delivery areas, fees, or hours change.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (903) 455-4335, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (903) 455-4335 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

We would like to clarify a few details regarding the order. The item selected was our standard-size 6-inch Anthurium plant, which is the size that was ordered and the size that was provided. While the photo shown online represents the fuller appearance the plant can have, the number of leaves, stems, and open blooms can naturally vary from one plant to another. As with any living plant, we are unable to control when individual blooms open or guarantee a specific number of flowers or leaves.
The Anthurium pictured online is intended to show the style and general appearance of the product, but the exact fullness and number of blooms may vary depending on what is naturally available from our wholesaler at the time of the order. We cannot add or alter stems or blooms to make a plant match the exact number shown in a photograph.
Regarding the delivery date. We saw that there were multiple orders going to the same funeral home for Monday, and we believed delivering the plant on Monday, the day of the funeral, would be the best option rather than having it arrive at the funeral home several days early. However, we understand that you had specifically selected Saturday delivery, and we should have communicated why we were making that change.
We’re very sorry that the plant did not meet your expectations, and we certainly understand how important it was to you to have something beautiful and appropriate for the funeral. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will use this feedback to make sure we communicate more clearly with our customers regarding plant availability, natural variation, and delivery dates.

“Full of Life” is one of our more economical options and, as noted online, includes a smaller rose count than our Deluxe or Premium versions, which are designed to appear fuller. We always create arrangements based on the selected size and value chosen at checkout.
Regarding the vase, we do our best to accommodate special requests when inventory allows, but specialty vase colors cannot always be guaranteed.

All of the flowers used in your spray were fresh and carefully prepared on the day of the service. The arrangement was delivered on time to the funeral home, and we have not received any other concerns regarding its condition. In fact, we have received compliments about the other sprays we created for the family of this service.
That said, we never want anyone to feel disappointed. Sometimes certain varieties, such as hydrangeas, can be sensitive to environmental conditions like air circulation or handling after delivery. However, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand what may have happened.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
