I ordered online and there was in issue with my order not printing. They contacted me letting me know about the issue at the end of the day stating they still wanted to fill the order but with time restrictions they weren’t able to do the arrangement I had ordered but they would make sure it was just as good. At this time I’m expecting the flowers wouldn’t be able to be delivered until the next day.. nope, they worked hard, put something amazing together for my daughter and delivered that night. She absolutely loved them.
