Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address results in a redelivery attempt.
Hospital, Hotel, and Business Deliveries
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, schools, and businesses are subject to each facility's policies and hours of operation. We cannot guarantee delivery if access is restricted.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Severe weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery schedules. If delays occur, we will make every effort to complete the delivery as soon as possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Once an arrangement has been designed and sent for delivery, changes may not be possible.

We offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
