About the Shop
A Ladybug Floral is a start-up company that opened its (garage) door November of 2019, owned and operated by Lavonne Fehringer. Lavonne started out with one flower cooler, a handful of tools, and a dozen buckets. A few months later to keep up with the ever growing demand as the only locally owned florist in Peyton, a second cooler was needed, and a few months after that an additional designer.
We provide every type of arrangement from every day to once in a lifetime. Ordering flowers can be challenging, that's why we're here to help every step of the way. If you are unsure of what to order, give us a call and we will walk you through the process, or schedule a consultation so we can meet with you personally to insure your florals are everything you hoped for and more.
We are committed to offering only the freshest floral arrangements in both design and longevity, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Our customers are important to us and our professional staff are dedicated to making your experience an easy and memorable one. The gorgeous arrangement that Ladybug Floral created for us as a sympathy arrangement for family friends was beautiful and perfect. They paid attention to every detail, special ordered flowers for us to match our requests, paid attention to what we couldn’t include due to allergies, and were so caring in their service. Our grieving friends were so moved by the beauty of the arrangement - they can’t stop sharing photos of it. It was just perfect, and just the tiny bright spot our friends needed during a very difficult time. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Due to current fuel prices we will shift our delivery routes to be as fuel efficient as possible and to take as few delivery trips as we can. This means we will not be able to take timed delivery requests and our first delivery trip won’t be until noon. We will make sure schools and businesses get priority, outside of those we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
