Al Dellinger

Al Dellinger is the founder of 2000 A.D., Concepts In Floral Art. Al serves as principal designer and is the driving creative force behind a unique style that clearly differentiates 2000 A.D. Inc. from others in the industry. "My love for flowers and the ability they possess to interact with our emotions has provided a consistent fascination for me since early childhood." Al's pursuit of this fascination has been a life journey, rich with education, experience and inspiration. His preference for mixed mediums along with an unconventional approach to color gained him immediate attention and served to establish a signature style of Atlanta floral design. Al's creative abilities flourished, as recognized by the receipt of numerous awards and induction into the prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD). Policies

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

This continues to be my go-to florist due to the creativity and uniqueness of their products. Occasionally the flowers may wilt sooner than expected even with proper care -that happened with this order that was sent as a surprise to my daughter who was recently 'let go' due to alleged downsizing by the federal government -she loved the surprise but when I went to see it, I noticed several of the flowers (type/name?) had already wilted - but I will still use this florist as my go-to as they are the best -thank you

I was shocked when I received the delivery notification, and the pic of the arrangement delivered for Donna's funeral. This looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I understand sometimes florist's don't have the appropriate flowers to create what's ordered, but this wasn't even close. And to think that someone thought it was good enough, or close enough to deliver baffles me. Why didn't someone call to let me know you couldn't create the arrangement ordered so I could choose something else? I've never been embarrassed at a funeral before, but I was Friday at Donna's. I walked into the venue, and there were beautiful arrangements on the left side of the casket, and one lonely little Charlie Brown arrangement on the right, in the corner, all by itself. Stellar. I'm emailing a side by side pic of what was ordered, and what was delivered, in case someone doesn't remember the details of the order. Embarrassed and disappointed. Epic fail.

Finding a florist when you don’t live in that town is always hard. Ordering something online through their website is usually even harder. I’ve ordered from bloomnation a couple of times and i love how the arrangement always looks very much like the photo online. I also love seeing how the flower shop sends the photo over of the actual arrangement the recipient is getting. This does look like the photo, but i ordered “premium” and it was about the the same or less amount of flowers as the regular size arrangement. The lemons in the vase was also missing, it just had a few on top. The full size roses and spray roses were also missing! I’d be happy to share some photos of what our mom got! I never write reviews, but i like your service and how it’s not like FTD. As a floral designer myself and former competitor of yours I wanted to give you a heads up on quality control. Floral shop streamlining is very important and i hope your QC person gets to read this. I would have preferred a phone call to change my order if they ran out of florals. Either way I do prefer your service over the bouqs and urban stems...please be better than them! Thank you for reading!
