Not only did she create a truly beautiful and thoughtful arrangement, but she also made a special effort to deliver it outside her usual service area.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jane kept me updated, sent photos of the arrangement so I could see exactly what was being delivered and made sure everything met my expectations. When she wasn't able to reach me directly, she took the initiative to contact my colleague to ensure nothing fell through the cracks.
