Every time I send them they are made exactly the way I ordered them, and always fresh flowers. Always a great looking spread of flowers. This place is AMAZING. The staff is always friendly when I have spoken with them, and they add any special requests if I have called them. “I’ve taken to getting flowers from North suburban floral on Valentine’s Day and any other day that I feel like showing my far better and prettier half how much she means to me and I’m not really good with explaining it to her so flowers are an excellent way to do it

I really appreciate North suburban floral, and their attention to detail. We own a retail business which is open at 10 o’clock, so sometimes delivery can feel a little frenetic when they are trying to get us in before we open, but for me, I really appreciate the owners enthusiasm so that’s part of the charm for me.

Just as importantly, any arrangement I have gotten from these folks has been absolutely lovely. My wife doesn’t actually really like red roses and North suburban does a great job of catering to this particular quirk.

The offered add-ons of the little stuffed bear in a box of chocolates is a very nice touch.

Delivery was accomplished at exactly 930 on Valentine’s morning. They even called beforehand to make sure someone would be there to get the bouquet.

If you’re like most men, you’re not very good at this yourself and I would highly advise you take a look at these folks. They do a great job, they’re very friendly and fun to work with, they deliver on schedule and I have never failed to be out of the doghouse all day once these beautiful arrangements arrive.
