“Oh my, where do i start. I had several bad experience with other florists. So I call LuzMichelle to speak with a person. My sister passed away several years ago. I tried 800 Flowers and Flowers by Nora. One delivered next day. The other cancelled my order because they didn't receive their flowers that day. Yet never called or email til after I complained. LuzMichelle was so helpful and nice for a change. The flowers were so beautiful. And on time. I totally recommend them. Five stars from me.”

The website and team were very helpful and thoughtful; following my online order I got an almost immediate callback to ask whether or not I was sure I didn't want to include a card with the flowers. When I asked for a delivery update I got an immediate response from the team. I buy flowers for my wife quite regularly, and I was delighted when she said that these are the nicest flowers I have ever given her.
