I tried 800 Flowers and Flowers by Nora. One delivered next day. The other cancelled my order because they didn't receive their flowers that day. Yet never called or email til after I complained. The website and team were very helpful and thoughtful; following my online order I got an almost immediate callback to ask whether or not I was sure I didn't want to include a card with the flowers. When I asked for a delivery update I got an immediate response from the team. I buy flowers for my wife quite regularly, and I was delighted when she said that these are the nicest flowers I have ever given her. I don't often write reviews, but the service and flowers were exceptional and worthy of the time it took to write one!
