I have ordered here numerous times and have always been very pleased. On this purchase there was a miscommunication on the delivery date and the bouquet was delivered early. Yazels reached out to me about the mistake and sent my wife another bouquet free of charge on the correct date. They go above and beyond and the flowers are beautiful.

After my boo-boo on the address My Mom got it and she absolutely loves it. I want to thank the delivery person. My Mom was released from the hospital after a fall at her place. If you are sending flowers to anyone in the Lima area, ditch 1-800-Flowers, FTD, or any other online service and go directly to a locally owned florist. Anytime I’ve ordered flowers from Yazels, they’ve been delivered on time, with care, and with much appreciation from the recipient.

As for balloons, I believe you read “blooms”. Since Covid 2020, we have not been able to carry balloons due to the helium shortage. Here is the verbiage on our website for a premium design. “We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style”. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment and any miscommunication in this order. We do appreciate constructive criticism and strive to make our arrangements beautiful and to the expectations of our customers.

Very disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture. No white flowers, just white accents and not full at all. The worst part is you delivered one just like it to the same funeral home and that one looks good. Will not do business again.

The floral arrangement looked nothing like what the Designer's photo looked like. It was OK looking but I don't think it was worth almost 80 dollars with tax and delivery. Honestly it looked like they threw together the leaving and 2nds from the other arrangements they were working on. I'm not trying to bash the company or florists. I'm just disappointed in the results. They really need to change the designers choice or take down the writing that says they will try to make it look like said picture. Also it wasn't delivered until very late. Something like 8-9pm.

I grew up in Lima but have lived on the East Coast for over 20 years. Recently a friend lost his wife and I knew immediately I would call Yazel's to handle an arrangement for the family. They did not disappoint-they never do!! The arrangement was gorgeous, reasonably priced and they exceeded my expectations on delivery. I had hoped to pick it up but travel plans changed. I called the morning of the viewing and they made changes and delivered it prior to the family arriving that day at the funeral home!!

I was concerned with the shortage of flowers this year that the arrangement would not be as good as year's past. However, the arrangement my mother received was just beautiful. She couldn't get over how beautiful it was. The substituted flowers looked nothing like the picture I ordered from, but it turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! I ordered the deluxe Special Bouquet. You sent me a photo and it looked okay. I ended up surprising my aunt for her 99th birthday and looked around her room for the bouquet. I saw a dead bunch of flowers and asked her if those were fromus? She said yes. We asked if they had just died (we were there 4 days after delivery) and she said no, that’s how they looked. It was a $75 delivery and they were beyond embarrassing. Not only will I not be ordering from you again, I hope this message red flags others. I’m so disappointed. Maybe the “special” means almost dead.

I hear the flowers were gorgeous,which is a good thing. Also, I had given the wrong house number for the delivery address. Yazels called to verify while the driver was on the road. The representative that called me said that if they couldn't find the right house until later, she would run the flowers out later. That's GREAT service! Happily, I was able to give the correct address, but I so appreciated the dedication on this company's part to get the flowers where they were supposed to go!!

I didn’t get a chance to see the arrangement. I had it sent to the funeral home not knowing the family was only going to be there one day only.
When they called me the day of delivery to tell me, the lady told me she could just deliver it to the families home instead. I couldn’t believe she would go out of her way to do that after making the trip to the funeral home.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Instead of using the address and phone provided in my order, the flowers were dropped off at the Primrose main building and not at the townhome address. You’ve delivered there before, so we didn’t expect this problem. Nor did you leave the flowers with someone or notify the recipient, who had to call around to find the flowers which were then finally delivered by the Primrose staff. A rather disappointing experience.

My mother loved the arrangement you made, although I was initially disappointed that you didn't have the pictured bouquet that I bought online. Also you sent me a false e-mail to say the flowers were delivered that same day, but in fact you were unable to reach my mother at her home that day and didn't deliver the flowers until two days later. This was disappointing since the flowers were for the anniversary of my father's death and I would have appreciated a call or truthful e-mail to say you couldn't deliver them that day as promised. Overall it is somewhat frustrating to pay a lot of money for a bouquet of roses, that you didn't have available and then to pay for same day service that you were unable to complete.

We purchased this lantern and upgraded it twice. The description for the double upgrade said it would come with a swag and a tray of flowers. We paid nearly twice as much for the upgrades. I was so disappointed to see just the lantern at the funeral home with no flowers. The lantern didn’t look like the one pictured either. I would think if the order would be changed so much they would have called me. I will not do business here again.

I was disappointed that the lantern that I ordered was not in stock. Cindy called me and we discussed what to do. The lantern that was sent is beautiful. I also want to give a very well deserved shout out to Cindy, she knew I was upset about the replacement, so she went out of her way to please me. While the flowers were pretty, I paid $20 extra for a premium bouquet and based on the photo I received of the bouquet, it did not seem to be $69.95 worth of flowers. Add the $20 same-day delivery charge to that and I was disappointed in what was a $90 expenditure.

I had a loved one need to go into emergency surgery. Since I was out of town, I couldn't stop by and see them. I wanted to order something that would cheer them up. I ordered flowers through Yazel's and they arrived at the perfect time! I would highly recommend and plan on ordering any other flowers, if I need to, through Yazel's. I wish that I could give them a 4.5/5 stars and not 4/5! The only reason I dropped them is because of the price. I have ordered flowers from other cities and got more bang for my buck as the picture of the flowers is of the most expensive set you can get. Other then that, I think that they did a great job and would recommend them.

It was a nice arrangement however it was in a square glass vase and the arrangement was different. It is very nice however; not like the picture. I understand that the local shops have to do their best with what they have, however; the round vase is what I wanted, not a square. If you don't have the correct vase as shown, than at least there should be a reduction in the cost.
