Overall this arrangement was very pretty, well put together and arrived on time. The order process was relatively straightforward and simple. My only criticism with this arrangement is the stark variance in flower size. Specifically the sunflowers. They were disappointingly small comparatively speaking when you look at the photo above and on the site. I know ‘mileage’ varies on this kind of thing but I was disappointed with how small they actually were. Definitely didn’t look as advertised.

I have been ordering flowers from here for several years, however, most recent Mother's Day flower's were not consistent with previous orders. Although nice, other arrangements I purchased the flowers were more alive and well put together. Still appreciate this business and will give it another try.

There were 3 options for the flowers, i chose the middle option though pricy. The delivery was on time and the flowers looked good. Within the afternoon the flowers took a turn literally for the worse….and kept on from there. I sent an email with pictures and got zero response. As I shared on Google, I like to support local businesses and have ordered flowers from this florist on past occasions. In this case, I ordered flowers for my wife ONE WEEK before Valentine's. When I showed up at the store, shortly after opening, the flowers were NOT ready. I asked for and received a credit. They are reporting that the flowers were "delivered" (even though I was picking them up), but I did not get and flowers. Staffing and customer interface is sorely lacking and good intentions do not make for a reliable business. I'm disappointed that they don't seem to want to improve on the quality of their service (which is equally important to pleasing flower arrangements).

I'm sorry to say that I was a bit disappointed. The website showed the standard size sympathy arrangement so I ordered the next size up which of course was higher priced. The arrangement that was delivered looked exactly like the standard size. Besides paying more, what was the difference supposed to be? And another thing was the card. The website showed the message written in a beautiful font. The card ended up hand written. This was my first time ordering from this florist. It will probably be my last.

I ordered these flowers online for my son and his wife. I'm in Oregon and wasn't sure about the quality of flowers or service. Well!!! The flowers are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and rather than leave it at their door (unsafe) they called me to get more contact info. They went THE EXTRA MILE to deliver this beautiful arrangement. My friend said the arrangement was beautiful and she was enjoying it. The hiccup was that the card did not have my name on it so she had to call you to find out who sent them. The review of my order before I paid showed my name on the card. That is an important detail that should be double checked before delivery!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
