I have been doing business with Woods for decades. Each and every time I have been more than pleased. Today I ordered flowers for my wife . This afternoon someone called and some of the flowers in the arrangement i picked out were not available and would I mind substitutions. I asked if there would still be some roses. The lady said oh yes. She said don’t worry we will make it beautiful for her.

This is the bouquet I ordered; it is not what I got. However, I was informed by Quincey that they could not get the stargazer lilies, but that she would make me something beautiful; and she did!! When I went to pick up my order, there were beautiful stargazer lilies in my arrangement and another arrangement full of them! So even though I did not get what I ordered, she went above and beyond to make it right and did it beautifully!! I will always use Woods flowers for any arrangement needs and will recommend them to everyone!!

Im a long time repeat client that orders from Woods since I no longer live in the same area as my family and like to support the family’s local favorite. Unfortunately, this order/lack of delivery isn’t like anything I’ve experienced in the past. Woods has previously had clear communication with delays or changes with any order, therefore this order has been a huge disappointment.
I specifically picked a plant basket because I figured it would be easier to have delivered next day, then paid $20 extra for next for this order. 3 days since the delivery day, and the order still has not been delivered to my mother’s house. I will be calling about this as well, but since you got ahead of yourself by sending me the follow up email asking to review my order, I just had to share.

Truly spectacular and Mom loved them. She loves lilies and these are gorgeous. And I love the snapdragons since they remind me of my maternal grandmother. The way the arrangement was taped to create a very voluminous arrangement in the "fishbowl" was perfect! Will be ordering again. It is not often that I purchase stuff online and the finished product comes out even better than the picture. This arrangement is just gorgeous, and the picture does not do it justice. The flowers delivered were vary sparse and did not have the nice pretty robustness as the online order represented. I do understand that often times the same exact arrangements aren't available, but when you can see far more greenery than flowers--it is a far cry less that what the purchase should have been.

Do yourself a favor and shop at Woods Flowers! Extremely satisfied with completion of my order from start to finish. In the morning I submitted an order request from the Woods Flowers website for same day delivery of a deluxe arrangement and it was handed to the intended recipient at their workplace shortly after the noon hour. The arrangement arrived full of the advertised flower types and all were healthy with some blooms already opened beautifully and others starting to open. I also received outstanding customer service from a young lady that answered the business phone when I called to inquire status of the payment and when I might expect the arrangement to be delivered. She quickly confirmed my payment was completed and even confirmed that my order had already been arranged, loaded on the truck, and would be delivered within the hour. 20 minutes later I received a call from a very happy loved one. I will be shopping at Woods Flowers for my future floral arrangement needs. Special thanks to everyone working on Wednesday 11/6/24! Keep up the great work! I recommend an increase in pay, an extra paid day off, and/or an awarded benefit of some sort for a job well done.

The speed and delivery was great! Only complaint is that we received a photo of the flowers as a thank you from the recipient, and they were much more colorful than this example photo (yellows, pinks, purples, etc.). In this case it was fine, but if I had wanted a more muted arrangement it might have been more of an issue. But beautiful overall!

Have you ever heard "it's the thought that counts" phrase? Well, that's what the response was when I wanted to surprise my daughter with a luxury arrangement that was $118, and brighten her day.
If I could give zero stars I would. The floral arrangement I ordered most definitely didn't come close to looking like what was offered upon arrival. They were not the same color and already very wilted.
The card was handwritten in very unflattering handwriting.
When I called I was told that because I didn't call them directly and went through their website instead that you never know what you're going to get, unbelievable. The gentleman also felt the need to tell that their website leads take 25% of every order...as if that's why the order was subpar.
They offered to redeliver a fresh somewhat different bouquet the next day... it never showed.
Definitely not the customer service one expects when spending over $100 on flowers from a local florist. Very disappointed and will never use again.

I was told I would be called back, but no one ever did . The arrangement delivered ,while pretty, was the small size and had different flowers than the picture. My review on this delivery is mixed at the moment.
Good- the bouquet looked very nice. It was beautifully done and my wife loved it.

Bad- I HATE tardiness. I put in the remarks that it needed to be delivered form 1200 to 1300. 1 pm for civilian folk. This was her lunch hour. My wife works from home but she had to stop a call she was on to answer the door. Also, who gives a receipt to the giftee. I had a digital receipt. That's like leaving a price tag on a Christmas gift.

You have a lot to work on.

I was very disappointed in my purchase of the Blue Serenity arrangement I purchased for my wife's birthday. The actual flowers received looked nothing like the picture advertised. The main reason I picked them was for the blue and white flowers of which there where no blue flowers at all. This will be the last time I purchase from this shop.

I was livid. Multiple times throughout the day on Friday, January 13th I called the store. They assured me that the spray would be delivered between 4-5pm. At 7pm, I still did not have the spray. They said they were going to deliver Saturday morning since the funeral for my father-in-law wasn't until Saturday at noon, but I didn't want it Saturday! I ordered it to be delivered Friday so I didn't have to worry. I started crying b/c this was a very stressful time & didn't need this on top of things. I will NEVER order from them again.

I put in an order for delivery on Friday morning thinking surly it would get out by 5pm, which did not happen. I spoke with a girl who gave me a fake name and promised it would go out in the morning just to find out they are not open on Saturday. Called back on Monday to find out what's going on and was told Sorry they messed up and the delivery would go out asap. By 3pm my mom still had not received her flowers. Around 4:30 my mom found her flowers at the neighbors house and the flowers were wilted and not in the vase purchased. Living out of state this was not the best experience unfortunately

I was at my Mother in Laws funeral. Woods florist had a spray delivered that was ordered by another family member and my flowers were not received that I ordered a few days earlier. I proceeded to call the florist and the man that answered said that since I ordered through a third party sight my order was not printed off and not ready. I was extremely upset. I asked if they could have it to the church by 8:30 as requested. He said if you let me get off the phone I will get started. These flowers were over 200.00. They were a representation of our love at a very difficult time. If I hadn't called and asked where it was it would not have been delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful. But the stress I went through was not acceptable. At a point of grief beyond words you should not to have to call about your order.

Happily, due to the phenomenal service of Thomas Nichols, I did NOT send a rinky-dink pot of calla lilies to my sister following her extensive surgery but a beautiful fresh-flower arrangement instead! This photo is unethical in the extreme! I got to looking at it and decided I’d better check to see what I was paying for. I sent an email to both Woods Flowers and BloomNation praising Mr Nichols’ over-the-top customer service!!!

I hadn't ordered flowers online in 10 yrs since my experience had always been poor (wrong flowers or colors used, poor arrangement, old flowers). A good friend lost her mother-in-law a few wks. ago, but the service and funeral was held in another part of the state, I decided to send flowers through Woods Flowers using their online system as that was the closest florist I could find. I figured "it's the thought that counts," but then I received a grateful message from the family and a picture of the arrangement. I was FLOORED! Woods had ensured the special color I requested was featured in the arrangement, the flowers were excellent specimens of each kind (rose, carnation, etc.), they literally looked like they had just been snipped, and the arrangement was extremely well-done. I wish all florists took this level of professional care with out-of-town customers.

It looked absolutely nothing like the picture.
I wanted a minimal look (like in picture online) so that she could focus on the tulips and they filled it with something not so complimentary to the tulips.

Flower arrangements from this business are unique and stylish. Their website was easy to use, and prices were reasonable. Most impressively, they delivered same day. The flowers that were delivered looked nice. My only complaint was that the picture showed what looked like eucalyptus and some kind of heather (guessing) in the arrangement, but the arrangement delivered seemed short on greenery. But the recipient did not know it was supposed to have these things and was very complimentary of what it did have. I would definitely use this florist again.

Found this while searching on Google. Price was a little high but flowers are always expensive and this was worth it. The real thing is better than the picture. I ordered online the night before and was able to schedule it for a delivery the next day! Although the “special instructions” section said that specific delivery times would be attempted to be performed at specified time, it wasn’t guaranteed. They did it at the time I asked! Even after I ordered less than 24 hours ahead of time!! Amazing! Also I made a mistake on the message on the card and I called first thing in the morning (half asleep I might add) and he fixed it! I don’t think I have ever reviewed anything before but this was amazing how much they accommodated me and I will for sure use this service in Temple, TX again! Great work guys!

Very sad about this purchase. I ordered this item on Mother's Day because it said there was same day delivery. There was not. I did not find out until Monday when I spoke with a lovely woman, Cynthia, who asked if it would be OK to deliver it on Monday. No problem! By Wednesday it was still not delivered so I had to call again to sort it out. The gentleman I spoke to was not very much help and it wasn't until I got to speak to Cynthia again (who seems like the sweetest person) that she told me they were waiting for "something beautiful to come in" and it was on the table ready to go out. After promising me that they would "make it right' by adding candy or something to the item for the inconvenience I called the recipient to let them know to expect it. When they received it, there was nothing extra added to it, just the plant. It was disappointing to me that I had to be the one to call to find out where the item was when I assumed it was going to be delivered on Monday. Again, I want to reiterate that Cynthia was wonderful to talk to, very apologetic and accomodating.

We were not pleased with our experience. I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother's Day. I ordered them a week ahead of time (through Wood's website) to be picked up the day before Mother's Day. When we arrived, the store did not have our order. The woman at the counter was not apologetic or polite when questioning me about my order. They quickly threw together two bouquets but they did not look like the order I placed and the flowers did not look healthy. I'm not confident that they will last more than a few days. We will not be ordering or purchasing from Woods again.

You ask how my experience was. Well not very good I requested the flowers be delivered on 3-25-2021. They were delivered on 3-26-2021 very late in the day. The lady that was to receive the flowers was not there to receive them because it was her day off. Her boss called her at home at 5;30 in the evening to tell her that some flowers had been delivered for her. She had to drive 20 miles to her job to pickup her flowers. That kind of takes the surprise out of having flowers delivered.
I should have mailed her some money and told her to stop at the grocery store and pick her up some flowers it would have had the same meaning. I have dealt with a few flower shops through the years and it has been my experience for them to call if they can not make the arrangement or have an issue with the delivery date. I have not received any communication except an Email asking how they did a day before they delivered the flowers. I will answer your question in two words.

don't know what business the previews reviews here were for because they probably were for another florist LOL or maybe this company actually paid all these people to write them nice reviews . Do not let them fool you , DO NOT waste your money or time with them please.

Not only they have the worst customer service, rude, disrespectful, but their overall service is pathetic. Their way of handling everything is horrible. I placed a same-day delivery order yesterday and it never arrived, emailed them for an update, and instead of a response, I got a survey email about the delivered order that never arrived. The lady talking to me was actually talking over to another employee, yelling at the other person, no professionalism, no manners, I guess they got her from underneath a rock or a cave, for real!

The person in charge on Saturday told me she did not know about the order and I needed to call frank Monday because he doesn't work weekends, I guess if frank is not around the flower shop doesn't function at all until Monday, so what's the point of having staff answering phones Saturday if they can't even look at the order status or call the driver to get status on the order placed? how useless can you be?

Have they ever heard about what's known as electronic records or tracking systems? how hard is it to search on the computer for an order or call a driver? No wonder this flower shop a second-hand business! I will never order anything from them and I will make sure people I know never bring their business to this pathetic place. They basically Thieves.
