Blown away by their talent!!!!! I contacted this florist to send a sympathy bouquet to my lifelong best friend - I live in Virginia and had to pick a random florist from Google. I gave them a budget and allowed them to create any bouquet they wanted, giving them some parameters to work with such as colors, style, and flowers she dislikes. When I received a video and pics of these flowers, my jaw dropped - My best friend said it was by far the most gorgeous bouquet she has ever received. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion - absolutely stunning. Floral deliveries long distance always seem to be hit or miss (mostly misses in our opinion - you seem to never get what you pay for and it rarely looks like the picture) but I truly was beyond grateful for the time, love, and talent they put into these flowers. The arrangement was NOTHING like I requested. I am extremely disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I requested pastel colors, pink, purple, white etc. Traditional look. They were orange, peach and burgundy. The flowers didn't flow together or look like they belonged together. Not what I wanted at all. Overall I was pleased with the bouquet. It was ordered last minute and delivered quickly. The flowers smelled good, and the larger roses and the purple flowers did well throughout the life of the bouquet. The smaller roses, however wilted within a few days and had to be removed. That is a frustration of mine to pay over $100 and receive flowers that wilt shortly after received.

It was delivered when promised and very pretty. It was quite sparse compared to the picture so I wish it would have said something like the deluxe option is pictured or something so I’d have know to expect less flowers. Other than that they were great and the recipient very happy with them.

I mistakenly put the wrong address on an order. I was contacted by Willow Garden about the mixup the following day. They went back to the house to see if the flowers were still there, and offered to deliver a smaller arrangement, even though it was 100% my fault.

I was referred to you by The Flowery in Villa Park an am EXTREMLEY dissapointed!!! Not as pictured. Instead of a nice brown box, 6 succulents and 5 bamboo stocks, we received an ugly blond box streaked brown, only 2 succulents and an ugly bambo plant! This really demands a refund.

I had a great experience with Willow Garden Floral. The only slight turn-off was when I talked with someone on the phone to confirm my order and update my address. I spent almost $100 on flowers and at the end of the call I thanked her, and she said "no problem" and ended the call. It would be nice to hear something more like "my pleasure, and thank YOU!" Just a small thing but it goes a long way.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
