Wild Willow Flower House

Wild Willow Flower House (formally Holly's Flowers) is a floral design company based out of Walla Walla, Washington. You can find us located at our new location 921 S 2nd Ave. Our retail space combines our love of flowers with amazing gifts and beautiful décor. We specialize in celebrations, weddings, and everyday life experiences combining seasonal colors and lush greenery to make every arrangement something memorable. We understand that flowers can be tied to the most important moments in our lives; birthdays,engagements, births, even when expressing grief. We understand that flowers are more than just a gift, and that is why we strive to provide the utmost level of customer service. We truly believe people are simply just happier when they are surrounded by plants and flowers and making the world a better place is the real mission here, Right? Come in and experience our stem bar, where you can build your own bouquet from our seasonal flower selection or order off our menu for in-store pickups or delivery. Wandering our seasonal floor sets you can always find the right gift you were looking for. Our shop also offers a full menu for weddings and other events – making your party planning checklist less planning and more PARTY! We offer a customizable design service for weddings and events as well as an A La Carte menu and bulk pricing for that DIYer.

Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
