Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I love that I ordered some roses for my girlfriend and was trying to have it delivered at work. Then she wasn’t feeling well so I called to change the delivery to her home and customer service got back to very quickly and my girlfriend loved it and was so happy! Absolutely the best service! Ordered in the middle of the night for next day delivery. We ordered flowers for moms birthday because we couldn’t make it over to see her. We also wanted something to give her a something pretty to look at, a little pick me up, after being in the hospital for so long away from home on the neighboring island. She absolutely loved them, it definitely filled her heart and put a smile on her face!
